You want great BBQ and different scenery? This is the place to be!! A BBQ restaurant next to a grass airstrip... I've heard about Pik N Pig and finally got to experience it.We pulled into the gravel parking lot, next to the airstrip. Very interesting and cool to see planes landing and taking off so close. Whether you’re flying in or driving in this place never disappoints. I use to land a UH-60 Blackhawk here for lunch, now I’m reduced to driving in. Thin sliced brisket is amazing and while not the healthy choice you must have the fried pickles and hush puppies with Jalepeno Butter. Yum. Service is always happy, attentive and timely.

I love this place. Saturday afternoon and the joint is jumping. I was greeted warmly and professionally in the lobby by Tina. I am not sure what Tina's precise role is at the place. She took charge of helping me place a to go order quickly.
