“Glad I went here. Walked in for lunch. Grabbed a chicken parm sub and a slice of pepperoni. Might be my favorite pizza place in the area. The fresh bread on the sub really sets the sandwich off. The pizza was excellent and didn't last long once I drove away. Light and crispy crust, flavorful sauce and the perfect amount of cheese on the pizza slice. I'll be back for sure. Service was excellent. Felt like a regular my first time in and I can't wait to get back and try the rest of the menu!”

“Came to the area for an appointment and my son wanted to stop for tacos. The only disappointment I have is its so far from my house. Seriously. The food was great. The ladies were so polite. The portions were on point. My son had enough food to have lunch and dinner.Thank you for a great experience and lunch!!”

“My food was very good and the waiter was great. However, he did not tell the woman who was with me that there was a three dollar upcharge for hrilled chicken instead of shredded chicken. Make sure that you ask when you order because they don't tell you. Could be pricey.”

“Fast, unique, flavored foods. The hibachi has a taste that they only provide. My go-to for over 20 years... I guess right since they opened. I swear by their simple the hot ham and cheese sandwich and steak and chicken hibachi bowl. You have to dip the sandwich in the homemade white sauce for every bite. It's family made, owned, and run... what can be more satisfying than fresh, heartwarming soulfood?”

“I LOVE the food here. Similar to Mexican food but definitely has its own flavor.The food is so so fresh, there is a fresh salsa bar. I highly recommend the chips and guacamole. It so fresh, and not spicy.My favorite are the Pinchones de Pollo, chicken kabobs, with double rice.They also sell Latin snacks and treats.”

“Had lunch there today. Omelette with potatoes and delicious fresh baked bread. Probably the best omelette I’ve ever had. My friend ordered the chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries. It so so generous with the chicken salad AND the fries that couldn’t finish. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. Have already planned a trip back. Yes u will love this place!”

“In the Pinehurst area for a golf weekend and Google searched breakfast places and The Village Cafe came up, good ratings so four of us went to grab a late breakfast. Very nice place, clean, and nice people working there. I got the Traditional breakfast plate, two eggs, hash browns, toast and the meat choice was the Liver Pudding. Never had it, the nice waitress said it was a "rectangular mush". I was not sold until she said some people think it’s like "Scrapple". Sold! I like Scrapple when I can find it, it was basically the same thing, the presentation of it was not the greatest on the plate. Otherwise it was good! “If you enjoy fine dining Italian, Villagio offers an experience you will enjoy. Menu offers plenty of choice. Last night our table had Lasagna, Spaghetti Bolognese and Chicken Fra Diablo. They were excellent and stars of the show.”

Aeropress it on the weekends & auto drip Monday-Friday. Can't beat it!They have speciality coffee drinks, just like the corporate giant coffee chain. So do yourself a favor and try them out and support local!”

“Ben's ice cream is great.For $5 apiece, we got gigantic ice cream scoops (peach, of course!) On a waffle cone. The cones are homemade and delicious, as is the ice cream (again, highly recommend getting peach while they're in season). It was almost too much ice cream for one person, darn near halfway to a meal.”

“Oh my lanta! I don’t even know where to start. Tried out this local restaurant while visiting family for the holidays. Destiny (hostess and server) was attentive and kind. The food was phenomenal. It’s hard to find good fried seafood, and Danny really nails it! Our table had the salmon bites appetizer, fried shrimp, flounder, and oysters, grilled salmon, shrimp, and oysters, AND crab cakes. All of these exceeded expectations. We also had several side dishes: collards, cole slaw, baked beans, sweet potato fries, potato casserole, and the roasted potatoes. Again, all of these were phenomenal. If you’re looking for good food and to support local, you have to go to House of Fish!!”

“What a nice place and wonderful food/service. Our large party sat outside in the covered patio with plenty of heaters and great service. Our server Courtney was spot on with the entire group from start to finish. Be sure to ask for her! With the "steps of service" declining in so many places, it was great to have Courtney take care of every detail. The menu is diverse with protein options, starter salads were large, and our GF person was ecstatic of the number of GF option. Their garden was just off the patios, so I would think during the growing season, at least some their weekly specials would be from the garden. The inside was full and had a vibrant energy. The sound inside was low which is a nice change after restaurants feeling the need to be loud to seem entertaining. I think the layout/design including high ceilings help to reduce the volume. If I ever get back in the warmer weather, I would be sure to enjoy their large patio.”
