A decent meal for cheap, sucks that the restaurant is in the middle of the sticks though.
I don’t normally eat in Filipino restaurants in Charleston, SC because I cook better than what they serve me. But this restaurant is an exception. All the foods they serve are top notch, really delicious and are well prepared. The place is clean and very orderly. The ambience is calm and relaxing. And every single food is an explosion of flavors! Try their sisig! I will definitely go back here and be their regular customer! I gave five stars because that is the best rating available. I will give them more than five stars if I can!

Great little country style cafe. The first time I visited I had just missed the cutoff for breakfast and was too early for lunch. Not a problem, the ladies made me an egg sandwich. Second time I made it for breakfast and had myself a delicious omelette with hash browns.

This place deserves 5 stars all around!!!! The staff is amazing... hospitality is not dead here!!! They treat you like family!!! The atmosphere will take you back to your younger years....you want some southern home cooked meals....this is the best place!! Don't take my word for it....you got to give it a try for yourselves....ooonly thing missing....and ladies of maes...i hope you read reviews....only thing missing is that wonderful sausage gravy......but you ladies have won my heart over and I will be a repeat customer!!!! very warm and welcoming.....they treat you like family the food is amazing....the whole place takes you back in time to your younger years...not many places that has that warm hospitality that they have ....and not many places that can remind you of your child hood like they can along with their food....I pass by maes everyday and I can smell what they are cooking and I always want to pull over just to go in and get a taste....this morning...a cloudy/rainy day....the smell of breakfast won me over ...I couldn't stand it...so I had to pull over just to get a bite...more than a bite lol....I wanted to taste home again....and sure enough I wasn't disappointed....ty ladies!!! I love each and everyone of you....you deserve 5 stars all around and I will be a repeated customer...with much love.....your neighbor
