Would not recommend due to very poor customer service. After arriving 30 minutes early the delivery person dropped our food on delivery. Accidents happen, but after us having to clean up the mess, they made no offer to make it right. We asked them to go back and replace the dish for our event, which they refused to do. We also requested a refund which was refused. A offer was made to provide a breakfast casserole or cake the following day which in no way benefited our event. When asked to speak with owner/manager that request was refused. If you’re looking for sub par service, no effort to make it right, or mediocre food this is your place. If you’re looking for a memorable event, keep searching.

We worked with ART catering for our wedding at 801 ocean and they were amazing!! The food was so good especially the Alfredo on the pasta bar and the prime rib. The wait staff went above and beyond and were very sweet. Jordan was super communicative, professional, just overall amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better catering lead!! Thank you guys for all your help!

The food is great, although I would only know from our tasting experience and our guests telling us. The chef clearly cares about what he is putting out there and that is the only reason they’re getting any stars! Other then that the experience was not great. They are very hard to get in contact with. We were told that food would be set aside for ourselves and wedding party and it was not. We didn’t get any food from our cocktail hour. Staff was rude to people in the wedding party and parents trying to get what was left at the cocktail hour when we got there saying they needed to change it over. They told me, who was wearing all white and clearly the bride, that I needed to wait as they were waiting for the bride and groom to get dinner first. Their staff spoke poorly of each other to our guests which is highly unprofessional. They also told us we were going to have to pay for them locking their keys in their car and having to call a locksmith. I have tried to reach out to talk to them about all of this and have received no response. The food really is great so it is quite a shame that the rest of the experience played out the way it did.

One word, DELICIOUS! They have so many yummy options on their menu it was hard to narrow it down. Communication was also fantastic. Jordan was always there to answer any questions we had. Luckily, we got to go in for a tasting and got to try our options for our wedding and then some. The tasting helped us solidify what we wanted to order. Usually, I am not overly impressed with buffet style food at weddings. This was entirely different! We got comments all night about how good the food was and even today (several days later), are still getting people telling us how great the food was. Would definitely recommend ART for all your catering needs.

ART catering catered our wedding at Holden Beach on 3/22/2025. The food was wonderful, our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great it all was! Reasonably priced, good quality food. Highly recommend!

Art Catering did a wonderful job. They catered for my mom’s celebration of life and they made the process seamless. I had never planned an event before and they were on top of giving me tips on food count and the use of linens for tables. The caterers got to my event space at 9 am for a 1 pm event to decorate the space and have everything prepped so my family and I didn’t have to do anything before the event. The food was wonderful and served more than enough for my numbers. Absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend Art Catering!!!

Art Catering was great from start to finish. Very reliable, professional and a company that was easy to work with. I appreciated their direction and suggestions. Staff provided was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for your event.

Art catering was excellent. First of all, I got Covid four days before the party and they were great in my delaying the event till I felt better. Secondly, the food ( barbecue to go) was delicious and plentiful. The food was ready and hot when I picked it up at the planned time. The chef was wonderful in helping me bring the food to the car. He even gave me a little more than I ordered. The food was packaged that it was extremely easy to set up. I also found the price very reasonable. There is no question, but I would definitely use art catering again

Food-wise, the quality of their food is decent. Customer-service wise, not so good. There were issues with communication. Not willing to bend or accommodate a last-minute unprecedented change, issue a refund, or make attempts to make things right when a client is dissatisfied about something. Not willing to be flexible to make things less stressful.

Not sure how a restaurant in this day and age does not offer any gluten free bread options. Especially since their entire menu is pretty much sandwiches. Requested an omelet and was told breakfast ends at 10:30. Ordered a bun less burger (which was ok) and sweet potato fries (which were dried out and inedible).

We were beyond happy with the food and service from ART Catering. Rosemary was a pleasure to work with up until the event, and her staff went above and beyond! It unexpectedly rained right before our outdoor ceremony and her staff, without being asked, wiped all the chairs down, numerous times. They were friendly and professional throughout our wedding, and kept the fun atmosphere up, dancing along to the music. That's not even covering how phenomenal the food was! We had chicken marsala and steak au poivre for our main courses and everyone including us said how great everything was! We even had some professional chefs in attendance that raved about the food. I would highly recommend using ART for your catering needs, as our experience was 10/10!

This is a locally very popular breakfast and lunch spot. Wide variety of breakfast, sandwich and meat-and-two dishes with goodly portions. Service was prompt and efficient.
