Restaurants in Shallotte

“I tell you what, that was the BEST breakfast I have had in a long time 😊. The environment was laid back and friendly. Most of all I want to thank my dear friend and waitress this morning for being on top of everything 😉. Love ya Jennifer Simmons and I hope you have a great day..”

“We eat breakfast here every time we come to the beach. The staff is always so friendly and the food is delish! I was just coming to their page to make sure they were open tomorrow 😂 then it asked me if I’d recommended The Purple Onion. 10 out of 10 recommended!! I can’t recall ever having a bad experience here. And if I did, it’d be okay because we all have bad days every now and then.”

“great homemade tacos was my choice for dinner. Ingrid was my server, listened to my questions about the menu, and gave me a great recommendation on the Pollo tacos.. all the while being a very pleasant person. ☺️ I'm sure I will go back again.”

“Great bagels!! Great people!!! Try the tuna salad on an everything bagel!!!”

“This is a really nice layout, however I think the course itself is completely over rated. We played today. The greens rolled nicely but the fairways and rough were burnt out. Most of the ground around the course played like concrete and was super dry. I’ll give it a shot some day when there has more rain but it’s not in great shape now. PS the hot dogs are more expensive than an MLB ballpark, 10$ WHAT? And the pace was very slow as well.”

“We love inlet view! The best spot to come for traditional, good seafood cookin’ with an amazing view and atmosphere. Sam, the owner, is so accommodating and caring about everyone who comes in the doors. We came tonight and our server Emily was so sweet and on top of everything. It’s a must visit!”

“I’ve been coming to Homestyle for years and it’s one of my favorite places to go. The servers make you feel like your family. Ask for Kyndal if you decide to give it a try. She’ll make sure you’re taken care of and is the sweetest.”

“We have had issues finding places we like (a lot of the places around her have been bland). We came from an area where we were pretty spoiled with great restaurants and Wing & Fish has been the only place so far that is comparable. We have been here three times so far and they have been very consistent each time. The food is great, and the staff are friendly and attentive.”

“My parents went here on their 62nd anniversary and the folks there brought out 2 cookies with candles, a CFA cow, and sang to them. You don't get this at any other fast food chain in this country.”

“If I could give a 10 rating 10 times I would! I ordered a 20-person package of bbq & chicken with slaw & potato salad. It was delicious & included iced tea, cups, paper plates, napkins, utensils, bbq sauce, hush puppies, & even salt & pepper…….plus ice. I couldn’t have asked for better food & service…….it was ready at pick-up time & rolled out on a cart with help to load into my car. I would definitely recommend this for a crowd & will definitely do this again!! Thank you, Smithfield’s in Shallotte!!!!”

“I Call in food after work, It’s always ready when I get there and taste great and awesome milkshake after a long day at work ! Very friendly Girl to help me !”

“Ribs off the hook”

“Stopped by the Shallotte 7 Brew this morning and was completely blown away by Taylor! The drive-thru was slammed with both lanes backed all the way up, and she was in there making drinks entirely by herself. Despite the solo rush, she was incredibly upbeat, cheerful, and didn't sweat it for a second. Absolutely stellar customer service skills—she deserves a massive shoutout!”

“Can I sign up on the app?”

“Great selection of quality, fresh subs served by extremely friendly staff.”

“Excellent Variety, Suchi was fresh and oh so good. Everything we tried was really good. Check it out for yourself and you’ll be happy you did.”

“We love Jeromes's. We go 3-4 times a week. Suggestions to make it better: 1. Real Butter instead of the Spread; 2. Be more consistent with the $10 specials. We are never sure if there is going to be a special, or what the special is going to be. We also enjoy the ribs, senior seafood plate, and beef tips. The salad bar is great. Excellent local restaurant without driving a long way.”

“man listen. cook out has yet to disappoint when I need an "elevated" eat. those chicken and beef quesadillas🔥the onion rings🔥the milkshakes I am beside myself right now 😜”

“Hibachi chicken/shrimp with some broccoli and onions/peppers... meal was prepared quickly and was tasty... left some evidence on my white shirt (never fails these days that some sauce or food will miss my mouth, esp when its good)”
