I live in NY and only get to visit a Cookout when on vacation. The young man taking our order answered a bunch of questions for us before we ordered and was super friendly. The food was hot and delicious. There was a mistake with one order which was quickly and politely remedied. I'm glad this location is now open near where we vacation.
