“This was my first time going to a five guy's and compared to any other food joint the food and the customer service was amazing when I went to take my order I was confused at first but a very helpful employee Ryan helped me and my husband through the menu with a smile if any of yall are new to a five guys I highly recommend “
“I gotta tell you, in past years I had a little bit of an issue with this chain. But after visiting it 3 times in Shallotte it is now a staple for hamburgers. Hands down they have the best tasting hamburgers anywhere (even 5 guys) the taste is what Burger king use to be (but no more) I will always be going back. Also the people are very nice and clean cut, it says a lot when your ordering. GJ guys keep up the good work!“
“I read some of the bad reviews & honestly didn't experience those things at all.One of the cleanest Hardee's that I've been inside in a while. The cashier was very pleasant as well (I've been twice, once during morning & once during the day both were very nice) which is also harder to find nowadays. Will definitely be stopping by more often for breakfast on the way to work.Accessible entry into the restaurant too. Whether you are in a wheelchair or your eyesight is failing, like my mom's there isn't a sidewalk that you have to step up on to get inside. The parking lot provided a great space to be able to park without struggling to get in or out of the parking spot. However the driveway is across from Hwy 55 so the mix of their customers coming/going + the traffic light it can be a little hectic pulling out during heavy traffic timeframes.The bathroom is kept very very clean, as someone who's office is their car it's a struggle finding clean bathrooms to stop at along the way so this was a pleasant surprise.I recommend anyone who hasn't eaten here to take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, maybe you'll get lucky like me & have a good experience.“
“Update 03-18-24: My earlier review was for dining in. Now I want to add the review for the Drive Thru. It happens that I have used the DT at least five times in the last three months. Today was my better experience of all. Today Victoria did an awesome job from the beginning til the end. No problems there. However, for all of my previous visits, I was spending an average of ten minutes for my order. I am talking about a long time for a Drive Thru. One day I left at minute 14 waiting in line. Anyways, I love Burger King and I want the only BK in Brunswick County to be a successful one.“
“Second time this week I've been here and the food wasn't good I ordered a fish and it came with half of a bottom bunny and burnt then spent 60.00 on breakfast and didn't get the correct order it was wrapped in correctly but actual biscuits were wrong one was just a plain “

“Great local burger joint with outstanding food and service. Homemade chili and super fast, friendly staff and service.This was our first visit since moving to the area, but it won't be our last.Busy during lunchtime, but service is fast.Worth a visit if you like homemade hamburgers, hotdogs and sausage dogs and great fries. Going back for the fried bologna sandwich next.“
“Went for their Prime Rib Buffet on a Friday night and it was fabulous! The presentation and service was excellent. Very attentive waitstaff and delicious food. Salads, rolls, baked potato or sweet potato, veggies, chicken Marsala and two huge slices of prime rib. The chicken Marsala had a white sauce which was good but not traditional Marsala, and lacked mushrooms. The prime rib was very good, but although tender we did ask for steak knives to make cutting it easier on our crowded plates! Dessert was a selection of four cakes and they were all delicious. It is a beautiful setting with outdoor seating on the water. Definitely will be returning to try one of the other special buffets. Reservations needed!“

Great burgers and fries and the waitresses won't let your cup get empty.Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.This isn't cookie cutter fast food but great homemade food fast. “As usual the ice cream is still as good as ever. Only one thing wrong with it, I found out from the young women that worked there that they had quit selling strawberry flavors and chocolate flav ors also. She said the only chocolate flavor they right now was hot fudge. I really loved the strawberry with wait walnuts and they don't have those anymore either. They only have dry peanuts and peacans. I don't like those at all.“
