“My first time here and I’m impressed. The young guy at the counter was genuinely sweet and had no problem answering any questions I had. My first time trying authentic Mexican food. I ordered a chicken and steak Gordita. Everything was made from scratch and you can tell that love and effort was put into it. Will be returning to try out other dishes.“

“The staff was LOVELY, So nice and polite which is hard to see nowadays! Plenty of parking, clean restrooms and conveniently a gas station with an open lot that connects the parking lot to the gas station without having to get back on the road to access the gas station!“

Good food & beer!2023:We had such a good time at Crooked Hammock. We discovered it a few years ago when we were on vacation, so we always make sure we visit when we are in town. The beers are excellent and so are the nachos and grilled corn bread muffins. The meatloaf dish is delicious as well! Afterwards, we listened to the bluegrass band while we sat by a fire pit. They have music every Thursday from what I understand. Great food, great service, great time.“

“A fun atmosphere with great food and the kids loved the coloring books.Kid-friendliness: The place has a lively atmosphere so normal children noise is perfectly acceptable. They also have coloring pages and crayons for the kids and high chairs. I had all five grandchildren with me and everyone did great.“

“The extremely young greeter at the door needs to be replaced! She is a prime example of how poorly today’s young people deal with the public. Disaster!!! I understand businesses are having problems manning low level positions, but this imp is a disaster!“

“Tried the gumbo and shrimp salad first, both were excellent. Oysters Rockefeller were very good but the Grilled oysters are probably the best I've ever had. Owners appreciate your business. And the whole place is just a friendly setting. Not open many days or long hours so you better get there while you can. We are here for a month and will be back!! You will not be disappointed!!“

“It's been around for a long time. The food is great, can't beat the price nowadays and the atmosphere is of a local eating place. The people are friendly. It's small and cozy. I personally love the feel of it. It's not a huge IHOP or pancake house,“

“I was blown away by the great service and delicious food. We liked it so much that we went twice in 3 days! The staff was exceptional and they cheerfully modified our entrees to be vegan. The manager even checked-in with us and we praised and complimented the staff. They even have a robot bring the food out (with the servers) which is innovative and fun. Good food, amazing service, they deserve this 5-star rating AND your business.Vegetarian options: They modified the street tacos for me to have black beans instead of meat. They were perfect!“

“It's a little pricey but a great place for breakfast if you have the time to sit down and enjoy your food while you eat because it's buffet or you can just order off the menu to but the food is awesome very friendly and keep your cup full... That was a plus to me ... So if you get the time go check them out.Parking: Not a big parking lot but there is about 25 to 30 spots available“

“This was our second time eating here. We went during HH and it was hopping. We sat outside, it's too bad the patio just faces 17 north. They were down a server but the remaining staff stepped up and really worked hard to get people service promptly. They have a lot of sushi which is really good. I also liked the appetizers we got which included chicken quesadillas and steak tips. It's a relaxing place and feels like more locals during off season.“

Been many times and this last time they went above and beyond as my daughter had recently had wrist surgery and her favorite artist was playing and we had tickets before said surgery and in order to not get bumped into they offered us to get in before the crowd with ADA service and it was very kind of them to care to make her experience enjoyable.“

“I’m a local and just discovered this place. Such a great small local sports bar vibe. Donna is the bartender/server during the workweek lunch time and was so nice and very attentive. The food is outstanding. The jumbo wings are the best I’ve had anywhere and the burgers are huge and cooked exactly as requested. The fries tasted fresh cut and seasoned perfect. I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items.“

“Been here many times and loved it every time! Hailey is always amazing! And I wanted to shout out Sabrina the busser! Me and my sister were sitting on the back porch struggling with the table top hook toss that was broken and wobbly. She spotted us and immediately came to out aid. She got some tools for the office and tightened the screw! Now it works and I can show off my sick ring toss skills! Thanks Sabrina for saving the day! Also Dustin was a great server!“

“We had a great experience here. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. We each got shrimp po boys with fries. I had the Palmetto Purple Lemonade as well (you have to get this!)The service was great, very polite and attentive.Also, loved the live outdoor music (chairs graciouslyprovided for you). “Joyce took my order, and she was SO nice! My burger was AMAZING with the right amount of everything on it. Everyone was so nice, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Honestly, I kind of expected people to be upset about working on Easter but they weren't.The fries were great also.Back home where I'm from we used to have a Central Park, and the burger & fries here is the closest to Central Park as I've tasted in yearssss!You even get peanuts to eat while you wait. ?Yall made my day a lot better just by the kindness yall showed. “First place my fiancé and I stopped at when we arrived to Myrtle Beach and I must say, what a great experience. The atmosphere is chill. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated soon as we walked in. Rachel came and greeted us within 1-2 minutes. We got our drinks and she came back within 3-5 minutes to take our orders. The food came out fast and it was so good. Everything was good. They have the best French Fries ever. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Oh and the outdoor seating is near water. Very peaceful and pleasant.“

“Stopped in here for Prime Rib. It was a Tuesday night. To our surpris, it was Trivia Night. We didn't play the game, but had fun figuring out our answers and finding if we were right. The food was absolute perfection. Table service was impeccable by the young lady that waited on us. The gentleman we spoke with before leaving (owner?) was also very nice. I suggest stopping by and if it's a Tuesday, play some Trivia.“

“Service was super duper fast and our order was brought outside to us personally. We didn’t have to wait for our name or a number to be called. Some of the food was a bit pricier than I had expected but what’s not pricey in 2023 especially in a highly populated area as Myrtle Beach. The pretzel I wasn’t a fan of but the funnel cake and banana split were amazeballs. The main reason this review is getting 4 stars is because the flies were absolutely horrendous at the outside sitting area where the tables are located. They were swarming us so badly that we had to take our ice cream and food inside to our condo across the street.“

“I had the Shrimp and Grits and my boyfriend had a fried gator Po’ Boy. Both were delicious!! I would say this place has one of the best Shrimp and Grits’s I’ve ever had…it was so good! Our waitress, Maya, was really sweet and made excellent recommendations. 5/5 stars for everything !“

“I had the Philly cheese steak an fries twice. The first day the meat and the fries were seasoned. The next night nothing was seasoned. That first night had me wanting to come back, then the second night wasn't as good. I'll try it again when I come back I May.“
