Great food. Great beers. But more importantly, GREAT employees.
Stopped in for lunch today for the first time and sat at the bar with my husband. Had the pleasure of being waited on by Jordan and Cody - super sweet and made some terrific recommendations (nachos, brussel sprout salad and Sway beer, I'm talkin' 'bout you!) Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing offers outstanding service with friendly and knowledgeable servers who provide great recommendations. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, making it a good place to relax with friends or family. An alligator swimming under the outside table adds to the cool environment. The menu features popular items like the chili, craft beers—especially the new day beer and Sway beer—and the cedar plank salmon. The smash burger is a must, and the fries with dip are highly praised. Visitors also enjoy the nachos and brussel sprout salad. The brewery has a good selection of beers and a beer garden with games like cornhole and ping pong. It can get loud, but many find the lively energy enjoyable. The staff handles emergencies with care and keeps service smooth. While some dishes like the fish tacos may not always hit the mark, overall, Crooked Hammock remains a favorite spot in Myrtle Beach for its great food, beers, and fun vibe.
