“I had a great experience at Hardee’s thanks to Jonathon. I came in during the morning and was greeted with an amazing attitude and friendly personality. What impressed me even more was that when I came back around 10:30, he was still just as positive, energetic, and welcoming. A lot of people’s moods change throughout a busy shift, but Jonathon stayed professional and treated every customer with kindness and respect. His consistency and excellent customer service really stood out. Hardee’s is lucky to have someone like him on their team!“

After standing at the counter of the Arby's across the street for over 5 minutes without so much as a hi, we left and walked across the street to McDonald's. I felt like I was at an old school McDonald's. The kind of McDonald's where the employees welcome you, are courteous and seem happy to do it. This location checked all the bare minimum boxes ... (extremely) clean restrooms, hot food, correct order delivered to our table and employees who smiled and offered to assist when needed. I was so impressed, I had to take a moment to say thank you to one of the employees for taking time to do things the right way. Even more impressive, I dont recall seeing a tip jar on the counter!
