I was at the Smithfield in Shallotte. A guy named LJ was working the window. There was a few minute wait on my order and he knocked off a few dollars from my total. He also gave me an extra cup of ice because I told him how much I like the ice, I went inside to wash my hands and use the restroom and he came out with the food. My order was taken by a young man, Kyle, the manager. Very kind and curtious. When I got home, I realized he had forgotten to include my two desserts. I called spoke to him. He immediately apologized and said to just swing back by the drive thru window. When I got there he came to the window and apologized again. He was so nice. He gave me my desserts and also included a really cool Smithfield Barbeque t shirt!!! Super nice gesture!!!Thank you Mr. Kyle!

If I could give a 10 rating 10 times I would! I ordered a 20-person package of bbq & chicken with slaw & potato salad. It was delicious & included iced tea, cups, paper plates, napkins, utensils, bbq sauce, hush puppies, & even salt & pepper…….plus ice.
