worst kfc ever! never have extra crispy chicken, service socks and they ALWAYS forget to put something in your bag.
Waited in line about 40 minutes today at lunch , Finally gave up and left, so did several other people. Only one register open ,on a busy Sunday afternoon. Never again.
shallotte KFC needs a new manager. He's very rude and does not care about customers. He Acts like a child . Maybe there ratings would go back up when Andrew B.was there.
