“I really enjoy visiting Sea Trail. I visit at least 4 times a year. The course renovations are a good start, wish you could finish though. You cut down so many trees, but left all the roots! And you buried cart paths, tar and all. How much more cost would it have been to remove tree roots and cart paths? And where is the driving range??? With 3 courses, you need a range!!!!!”

“Tonight was a very special night. And honestly, it doesn’t matter if it’s a special night or not. The owner of the restaurant always make sure that we’re satisfied with the quality of service and food. I was in the restaurant business before moving onto my career. For almost 15 years. It helped me get through school and pay for a lot. So I have understanding of European cuisine fusion and other types of Cuisines that typically people find appealing. This restaurant is phenomenal. The food is always on point. I’ve been dining here takeout and dine in for two years plus. If there’s ever a discrepancy with my order? The owner always makes things right. Phenomenal service, phenomenal food, and until the day I die, this restaurant will have my business. If you’re on vacation or you’re here playing golf? Hell, if you’re a person that just moved here and looking for a great spot to call home? I highly recommend this restaurant. If I was only allowed to give them five out of five stars? They would have a solid five stars and I’ll be looking for a way to create another star. They are that good. Thank you so much for quality food and excellent service. My family truly appreciates it on this very special occasion that you guys yet again did not let us down. Love Coffey”

“Had a hard time finding the it - there was no sign for it on the outside like in the google picture. But go in the back of the market and there it is!!!
Glad we persevered! First morning in Sunset and didn’t have coffee at the house. I am a coffee snob (not proud of it, but I really love my coffee and savor every sip). Decided to “risk it” just to get a caffeine fix.
I had the cold brew - great brand and was fabulous.
We also had the bagel sandwiches. Couldn’t give it a 5 because comparing to New York bagels and sandwiches where the bagels are awesome and egg is cracked right there. BUT - to be able to walk to this, enjoy the ocean breeze outside and dogs at our feet - I would give the atmosphere a 10 if I could.
And the people were soooo nice. We got in late, no caffeine, it took me forever to get our order correct, and they were patient and nice.
This will become a go to place for us!!!!”

“How they keep return customers, I don't know. We keep trying to have a good experience but have been disappointed almost every time. Parking lot looks like an area trash point, service is slow, food is mediocre (which is OK for a beach bar, if it is consistently good, warm and tasty). We need good restaurants in Sunset Beach, this one has a looong way to go. The food trucks in the park across the street offer a better dining experience, which is sad.”

“When I arrived at Sea Trail to play the Maples Coursei met the shuttle guy and I did not get his name but for credit purposes he was so nice to me and my 3 sons playing for an early Father's Day outing together. He welcomed us and talked to us and made sure we were taken care of. He was a past coach in Catawba College where he coached football golf. He made our experience great along with Barry and the guys at the drop off at the old Maples clubhouse. Course was in great shape from tee to green. I definitely would play it again kuddos to the grounds team and keep up the great work, also when I made the tee time reservation it included lunch which is a great touch and bonus for diehard golfers. Thanks Sea Trail!!”

“l just want to thank the guys that work there. l tried to order My pizza by phone like l always do, but phone system was messed up. so l drove there to order (only 5 minutes). went back to pick up my order and explained what took place. manager wasn't aware of the phone problem. he wouldn't take my money. l wasn't even complaining. yes l'm a regular customer, but he didn't have to do that. good service and great people !”

“The store was really dirty. Even the bathroom wasn't good. The drink area was gross like I didn't even want to put my cup down on the counter. I had my baby with me and ordered in and they would even bring me my drink so I had to take the back put of the buster seat which was broken and get my drink and try to keep baby from spilling it while I got a lid and I wasn't even sure they were clean. Dug thru the straw to find one that wasn't wet. The table we sat at was dirty including the floor. The came out really slow. Person who brought food to table said became the fries are hot and they weren't they were soggy and old feeling. Did enjoy that there wasn't a lot of salt. Wasn't happy about the kids meal. The toy wasn't what was displayed so that passed me me. My baby's 1st time at a McDonald's and it was an epic fail. I won't be returning but that's OK cuz I was passing thru. Good luck to future people who may go there.”

“Best coffee in the area, even my son loves the drinks here. And the pastries are great too! The baristas are really kind and thoughtful, my son wanted a red “Mario” latte and they didn’t hesitate to make a delicious red velvet white chocolate latte for him which he loved. I tasted it and it was delicious, I’ll probably get myself one next time but with caffeine 😂”
