“Recently tried Beach House Cafe and they had amazing food. We had the sausage egg breakfast sandwich and the hamburger with roasted potatoes. Excellent service from the young man serving the bar, and the owner even gave us a few minutes of her time to converse with us. We have already returned for a second time!”

“This is the best subway in all of North Carolina! The staff is kind, courteous and quick! They will get you in and out in a jiffy. I come by twice a week when I'm in the area. I've never had anything other than an excellent experience! Huge shout out to the manager that treats her staff with respect and greets every customer with a smile! Love you the hard work! “I stopped in to check it out and grab a menu to see if it was a good place for my sister and I to visit, it was cozy, the staff seemed friendly and it looked clean. The menu items were a fair price $$ for the beach , neither of us drink alcohol but there is a bar with a good variety of beer, mixed drinks, wine, and non alcoholic beer. We will definitely try it on for size.”

“Stopped there while we were down this October to watch our Lions play. They accommodated us with the game on one of their tvs, the waiter was so kind, we ordered some apps and drinks and then got into some dinner afterward. The food was pretty decent and the atmosphere was comfortable. Some of the locals were salty that we beat the Panthers this season but what can we say? Go Lions!”

“I had a very pleasant young man who took my coffee order and gave me the coffees with a very nice smile and a heartfelt "have a good day". Sometimes this is not the case so when someone goes out of their way to be friendly and nice it goes a long way with me. Good job!”

“Birthday dinner for my grandson's 18th birthday. I had Guadalajara special which was 2 taquitos, nacho chips with both mix of beef and shredded chicken which were very tasty. The tamal was an interesting taste with good mole sauce but a bit bready for my taste. Wife had seafood fajitas which were good but included calamari which didn't really go. Everyone else was very happy with their choices, more than enough for everyone as demonstrated by 5 takeout boxes. Very reasonable price as 5 adults under $100. Well worth the 30 minute trip.”

“Tried the gumbo and shrimp salad first, both were excellent. Oysters Rockefeller were very good but the Grilled oysters are probably the best I've ever had. Owners appreciate your business. And the whole place is just a friendly setting. Not open many days or long hours so you better get there while you can. We are here for a month and will be back!! You will not be disappointed!!”

“Start off by saying the food and customer service here has always been amazing we drive 30min each time we come sometimes 2xs a week, but this is now the 3rd time we have shown up during scheduled business hours and they are closed ( no post on fb or Google saying anything but them being open) I suggest to CALL before hand even if they are supposed to be open (Saturday at 1245pm)”
