Tracey was absolutely amazing! We came in with a large group of around 30 people from a church conference only 30 minutes before closing, and she handled everything completely by herself with such a positive attitude and incredible professionalism.
She stayed on top of every single detail, drinks, refills, to-go boxes, straws, to-go drinks, orders, and making sure everyone had what they needed the entire time. No one was forgotten, and she never once seemed frustrated or overwhelmed...read full review
