Food was incredibly good and customer service was helpful in the planning process. However, service for our wedding was poor. I was told the staff was experienced with our venue and set everything up as we were told to. Staff came in and were completely clueless as to this plan. Plated dinner symbols were not communicated to the servers and they had to ask the guests and piece it together. We worked with ART catering for our wedding at 801 ocean and they were amazing!! The food was so good especially the Alfredo on the pasta bar and the prime rib. The wait staff went above and beyond and were very sweet. Jordan was super communicative, professional, just overall amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better catering lead!! Thank you guys for all your help!
