Beware!! The chicken supreme are RAW inside. My son unfortunately ate two before realizing due to the sauce he dipped them in. I am very upset and hoping he doesn’t get sick!

The Last three times we have stopped here they are out of gravy for the day. Each time has been before 10am. Most bojangles serve gravy all day. The managers says that's not their practice. Thank you Hardee's for serving gravy.

My family dined in today and while we were eating an employee comes in from the outside and was cursing loudly to someone behind the counter and another employee started vaping in the dining room next to us eating. We left immediately after noticing. Definitely not a family environment.

The door is always locked to inside.. drive up line can't even get in the parking lot. And the food isn't worth the wait half the time. I counted atleast 5 cars leave in 10 mins

The worst service I have ever received.....the workers are very rude, it takes around 20 minutes to take your order. I have had around 5 bad experiences in this restaurant, I will never return.

Lobby counter closed on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Drive through only for service, went elsewhere. Always issues of some kind at this Bojangles.

Walked in with my family and watched everyone working there completely ignore us while handling personal business on the counter. Walked out.
This location in Shallotte, NC wasn't busy inside but traffic at drive through was busy Meats were " greasy smell" and dry. Coffee was fresh. Waitress nice and cordial. Believed stale grease was blame for order.

No chicken ready to serve at 2pm. Had to wait over 15 minutes. Employees busy talk and and not paying attention to the needs of the restaurant. It's like a side show. Who can talk the loudest. Extremely cold in the dining room. To uncomfortable to enjoy our meal. The thermostat on the wall set 59°
Update. They quoted us 10 minutes for chicken. It took 25 minutes

My only complaint here is the chicken. The staff is great and the orders are right. BUT, there is too little meat on the chicken. It's all breading and no chicken to speak of. Not the fault of this restaurant, but the fault of corporate.

BJ in Supply was out of chicken legs at 4 o'clock on Monday.....had to go to Shallotte to get service and fresh made chicken and sides....Kudos to BJ I Shallotte!
