Was going to eat here on the way back from the beach but when you walk in it literally smells like a dead rat or rodent inside if it smells like this I hate to see how the food is prepared in the back

Run down and falling apart, leaking ceiling and obvious signs of black mold. Probably the single worst bonangles i have been too.

I have been here a lot, won't be in the future. I give chance after chance (I've worked in restaurants for 15+ years). Every time I am at this location the wait is insane. A couple weeks ago I waited over 30min in line to order (only 3 people in front of me when I got there, still 2 people in front of me when I left), the guy behind me in line left and went through the drive through, I left and went to Wendy's. Today I ordered via the app to prevent any wait or confusion on the order. Yet still, I was missing items (par for the course at this location. I don't think I have ever gotten a full and correct order the first time here) and one of the biscuits were completely smashed with burnt steak (inedible- trash) and they tried to stuff so much food into one bag the bo-rounds (at the bottom of the bag) were smashed flat. I will go to the one on us-17 and Little farther north, worth the drive and 100% worth not having the headache. WASTE OF MONEY!

Usually this bojangles is okay. I rarely have issues with it compared to other locations. However, it's impossible to actually get service AT breakfast. If I don't go towards the afternoon, I never get anyone at the drivethru. Google says they open at 5:30, I waited from 5:50 to 6:10 and never received any service. Neither did the 4 cars behind me. I drove up to the window to look inside and there wasn't a single person in there. Either the times need to be updated on Google or more people need to be on the opening shift.

The line is extremely long, and no one is taking the orders. The line is literally all the way back into the dinning room. There are 14 people in line and no curomers sitting at tables.There appears to be no concern that customers are in line and that people keep walking out.

We went in and waited in line for 15+ minutes because the elderly lady was running the front line all by herself. We get to the register and wait another 10+ minutes then we weren’t even greeted, just stared at us until i asked for a breast and wing meal. Told us there was no chicken and didn’t even give us a time. The Big guy wasn’t even trying to figure out what was down and how long chicken was. Everyone in the back is standing around while elderly lady is in the front trying to figure everything out on her own. As someone who worked at a chicken spot for 5 years this is completely unacceptable. Big guy had an attitude when it came to unlocking my card to pay.

To whom it may concern I just think when you guys try to save money by having less employees in the store causes a problem for everyone customers and employees. You loose customers because if I was to go back it would be to the restaurant across the street Wendy's naw I love Bojangles so I would return again. The little old lady took orders and made them alone she needs a pay increase for her dedication and she knew her job nothing on her just to management.

Understaffed & refused to fulfill custom order of 1/2 Dirty Rice 1/2 Cajun Pinto Family Size Fixin. Not the same customer service or food quality since The Jordan Company took ownership.

Ordered through the drive-thru and they do not know how to listen because I just wanted a Cajun filet biscuit no fries just the biscuit add egg and cheese, a bo-berry biscuit, and a large Pepsi with no ice and they completely rang me up for a whole combo meal and they put ice in my drink and I clearly said no ice. Never again will I eat at this Bojangles because they are incompetent. I would not recommend this place to no one.

Out of towners here. Stopped here on the way to the airport. We switched up our orders half way through ordering to combos and the cashier was very patient with us. Food was prepared quickly, food was good, & restaurant/restrooms were very clean.

Beware!! The chicken supreme are RAW inside. My son unfortunately ate two before realizing due to the sauce he dipped them in. I am very upset and hoping he doesn’t get sick!
