This is the mushroom Swiss burger. Hamburger on both of our meals was overcooked. Fries were greasy and little pieces, like scraped from the bottom of the fryer. Totally disgusting food.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Just stopped here on the way down to Florida. Highly suggest that you go to a different Hardee’s. It is pretty obvious that they did not clean the grease traps tonight because everything tasted like fish the burger, the fries. I got a mushroom and Swiss burger that upon opening it actually made my stomach turn. Not only were the mushrooms more of a soup consistency, but they didn’t smell good Very sour. My partner who got a regular cheeseburger, said the same thing about his and after two bites threw his out. The fries were not edible and have left a taste of fish in my mouth. Upon returning the Swiss burger uneaten by the way, staff said nothing smelled wrong and did not offer to rectify the situation AT ALL. In fact they all sat around discussing it as if we were crazy and couldn’t hear them. Will be disputing the charge once it posts in fear of being sick on vacation we just threw the rest out. First bad stop for food on our way! Guess you can’t have it perfect all the time. 🤣

There was a lot of people here. But went through drive got thru pretty quick. Would have been faster if a work truck had went in to get his massive order. But they handed it awesomely.

Stop in this location pretty often. I usually receive very nice service from the regular morning cashier. Not today. The shift supervisor was very unfriendly. Wouldn't make eye contact. It was obvious she was annoyed that I had come in at all. The anger and hatred in her radiated off of her. Hopefully she is not that way everyday.
Generally the employees are friendly and helpful. Maybe she is just having a bad day. Except that I observed a much different tone and body language when she spoke to other coworkers. Make a person wonder.
I will return. Not ready to give up on all of them over this.

Their price for their breakfast burrito that’s supposed to be so packed with good stuff is cruddy. All they do is throw a little bit more carbs in there like some hashbrowns and a huge wrap, but only a couple pieces of meat and probably less eggs because of the hash brown.. absolutely no veggies, which makes it healthier and they charge about double what McDonald’s does for a less healthy burrito for breakfast

We have found the breakfast biscuits at the Shallotte location excellent. We get them several times a week. For the last month we have tried to get a breakfast biscuit between 10:45 to 11:30 and are told we don't have any eggs left. You advertise breakfast until noon. Stop trying to control your overage so much that you cannot provide the brakfast menu items until noon. Is it bad local management or corporate overage requirements causing this?
