Service varies at different locations. Shallotte McDonalds was not clean. The service was poor. We dined in with our grandchildren. The table had fingerprints and water circles on it. I asked a person for wipes to clean table. We were ignored. There was only 3 staff members visible. I cleaned the table with napkins and hand sanitizer before allowing the kids to eat. Food was not good.

First they took our order, then gave our order to someone else so we pull up to the side to wait for our order to be remade. Waited almost 30 mins still no food. Nothing. Just empty handed. Emptiness.. the guy who took our order was flying. He was in the clouds. I had suggested to wait at the window as to not be forgotten. Instead I comply with eagerness to get my food. I was right I was forgotten. The emptiness.

Sat in line for 30 minutes…..ordered two chicken nugget meals with sweet tea….get to the window and he said cheeseburger meal…”no, chicken nuggets.” Tells manager (old woman with white hair) that I ordered chicken nuggets and she said “that’s not what she said”. Yes ma’am, that’s exactly what I said….then she yells at the kitchen to make two orders of chicken nuggets because “she don’t know that she wants”. I know what I want and I ordered it. Left without my food…do better.

NO CHANGING TABLES IN BATHROOMS
The staff was nice, but it was a little chaotic of a stop for a family. There’s no changing tables in the restrooms so that made things hard. We decided to do a mobile order from the car and the staff was nice that brought out our food, but we didn’t get everything and I didn’t have time to go back in

Unfortunately, we should have heeded the 3.5 star rating, they left out multiple condiments (we even paid an extra .29/per sauce for extra and ended up only getting 2 instead), the food got mixed up as well. Instead of ranch, it was spicy instead. IF we ever return, lesson learned to ALWAYS check the order in its full to ensure we get what we ordered/paid for.

I got an ice coffee with cream and a happy meal. It took over 15 minutes, and when I got my coffee, it was only creamer, there was no coffee in it.

Absolutely do not go here if you want your food to be right. Had to repeat me entire order twice to the dude at the window and then got my food and drove home. Come to end up that they didn’t give me half of my order that was paid for. My kids had to split my food between them while I went hungry and had to get my husband to go get us some different food. Food was ice cold and even my drink had no ice in it. If “they need” that $15 an hour you would think they made sure to do their job right. July 9th at 5:30. Whoever was working needs to have a pay decrease. Not to mention that you have to ask for sauce at the window if you ask at the speaker you 10000% will not get what they charged you for. Have the day y’all deserve 👋

Im not from the area- but I will say this, this location is by far one of the best ones iv been too. The staff is very pleasant and professional. All staff appeared to be loving the working environment. Hardly any wait time, Food is fresh and hot. If I am in the area again, l will definitely be returning to this location.

I ordered a Cheeseburger with no pickle, extra onions
They messed it up twice! I ended up eating alone while driving, because I waited 25-30 minutes for my food
Then the manager gets an attitude and slamming my food while huffing and puffing mad!!!
I'll never eat there again! Here is what I got 😮‍💨
