Owner very pleasant to talk to. Knowledgeable. On site brewing. No food but can order takeout next door and bring in to eat.

Drove by too many times, finally stopped and had a flight. Was glad I did! Red Hare has some typical styles and some more experimental styles. Beer people (I am one of them) won't be shocked by anything, but the causal consumer might. But it's good stuff. Hungry? The smells from Wing & Fish next door are enticing. There's room inside and some outside tables too.
Met the Red Hare team at Snookys tonight. I had my team there for an outing. Tried Long Days and SPF50/50 Tangerine. Loved them both. Plan on picking up some for my personal fridge. Adam and his partner were fantastic and I am excited to have a great brewery close to my home in Myrtle.
Love their stouts! Staff is super friendly, too.

Good atmosphere and good beers. The beertenders are knowledgeable and kind. Dogs are allowed.

This brewery is a hidden gem in Shallotte. Great beer and good atmosphere. We popped in on comedy night and had a great time. Perfect local place to hang out.

Great atmosphere and beers. Love all the new events and live music happening. They even have a comedy night that's pretty good. I wish they would make the comedy nights more structured. The last few had kids running around and to many people talking to enjoy the show. Maybe they could move it upstairs. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their beer. Just wish they were opened later
