We just returned from visiting the Shallotte location and we were two of five people in the whole place excluding the staff. Service was with a smile but we chose not to stay because it was so noisy. Every chair moved for cleaning was uncomfortably loud. Utensils dropping in serving area. When traveling, you never know what kind of coffee and service you will get. I used my app to order the coffee and eggbites. My coffee formula came out perfect and the eggbites were delicious. They remembered to put sriracha in the bag, too! The gentleman at the window was polite and friendly. Fast and yummy, great job!
Every time we go to this location it takes forever to place an order even when there is no one in the store!! They are inattentive. 5 people behind the counter , 3 working, 2 doing nothing, and I have to wait to place an order. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee. We go to many Starbucks in our travels, and this location, by far, is the SLOWEST!! Not typical for most Starbucks. We love Starbucks!! This location needs some help!!
