Went tonight and got milkshakes, you could get thicker milkshakes for a $1 upcharge. I don’t like thick milkshakes like you’d find at cook out, I like ones that easily come out of a straw.
I wasn’t expecting frothy foam though. My mom and I both got milkshakes, and both went to the register to ask if they were supposed to be that thin? The answer was yes, that’s right. So if you’re expecting a milkshake with some type of consistency don’t get it. You’re getting milk frothed up. I wish I could say I was being dramatic, but I’m stunned that they would pass that off as a milkshake.

This placed charged me $16 for a cup of vanilla ice cream with 3 toppings I almost fell over knowing i could bought 2 half gallons of blue for the same price RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN AND GIRL WORKING THERE WAS VERY SMUG ABOUT IT.

We came in for dessert after dinner tonight and me and my 2 daughters got frozen yogurt (which is paid for by weight). When it came time to put the toppings on, the employee did it for us. Each time we asked for a topping, the employee put heaping spoonfuls on without asking how much of each we wanted. We ended up with a small amount of ice cream and a whole lot of (heavy) toppings that we paid for but couldn't eat because it was too much. Also any topping that had juice in it was poured on our ice cream making it too sweet and soupy. The service was good and the employees were friendly. My only suggestion would be that if the customer has to pay by weight, they should be able to add the amount they want to their dish.

We’ve been coming here for years.. but as of late the customer service hasn’t been as friendly… Very disappointing. However, the young gentlemen who served us ice cream tonight- he was great. I didn’t catch his name- but I am thankful for his kind service towards us.

I didn’t have a nice experience, the girl who works there was kinda rude when I ask about dairy free ice cream , they only have one option for dairy free ice cream which was a pineapple sorbet from the machine.. not a best option for a little kid.. I won’t go there again

Not a super ice cream experience. Girls working were generally nice. I will say in all our ice cream stops I’ve NEVER been to one that weighs the ice cream. This place has Hershey’s ice cream, fro-yo and bubble tea. The sundaes were tasty but small and disappointing for almost $6. Also, if you get a different flavor than vanilla in your sundae there’s an up charge! I do not know why this is rated so highly. I’d much rather pay more for an actual sundae that leaves you saying “that was great.” Go to Calabash Creamery for a real special treat.
