Manager Catwan was very nice and attentive! He made sure that employees were being nice in drive thru window and when he handed me my food he was full of energy and love!

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…On 8/24 waited in line for 20 min then I waited on my order for exactly 30 minutes. On another visit-It was 11:50 am I ordered a grilled chicken salad and got a fried chicken salad. The woman who took my order never welcomed me or thanked me. I went o wash my hands and no paper towels and only one soap dispenser with soap. This use to be a really good restaurant with great service, food and very clean…not so much as of lately. The doors were locked the other day I believe the drive thru was open. No flag on the flag pole out front. Other better options out there for sure!

My wife and I have been dining in Shallotte NC for a number of years. We are seniors and actually met the owner last year. Seems like quality and service has deteriorated over the past 6 months. Bathroom’s and dining area are unclean and service seems unconcerned. Quite disappointed.

Went to the drive through and it took forever. I got the Asian salad. It was very good. What a big portion! I will be back. Got a Cobb salad we didn't try yet. And a spicy chicken salad my granddaughter liked.

Food is delicious...Most of the time this location is very hit or miss if I'm being honest. Sometimes you can go and have some of the best chicken or you can go and get a plate and your better off throwing it away. The one constant is the customer service it's always awful. Getting food from the zaxbys in shallotte is a huge roll of the dice. CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW.

30 boneless for $10 is what that board said. got charged almost 40 dollars. Not sure why that was but its not ok to advertise something so misleading.... Wings were good tho and service was nice.

I had the house salad, It was really good, I'm picky about my salad dressing, and it was all great.

October 21 2024 service handling of food and cleanliness. Was unfortunately lacking. The content of my food was sticking out of the box. The box itself was covered in fingerprints of grease and chunks of other people's food. French fries or old mostly brown and black. After waiting approximately. 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru window. I was moved to the parking lot to wait for my food. As they mixed up orders. Returned my food for refund. Won't be returning. And drove to cookout. Who served me quickly properly. And with cleanliness.

Ordered a grilled chicken house salad, and had to wait at drive threw. They finally brought my food after 15 min wait. When I got home to eat, I had a 3 piece tender snack. Totally ticked off. I live at Holden Beach and not driving back to Shallotte to exchange. I'm DONE with ZACKBY's. There servicd is TERRIBLE.

The service of this restaurant has gone downhill quickly. No matter the day or time the drive-through line is normally 20 minutes. I don’t recommend going there anymore.
