They’ve really gone down hill lately. My husband waited in a long line while the workers filmed a TikTok. Then today when I went for coffee, I waited 40 minutes to have a coffee that tasted like only milk and a half inch of caramel in the bottom of the drink that was supposed to be 1/4 sweet. I’m not usually one for leaving bad reviews but I think this location should know they’re losing customers. I ended up going to Starbucks after.

I love this place. My husband and I went through a few days ago and got some coffee. It tasted great! The nicest worker named madden helped use fond what we wanted. Shes so sweet and energetic which is exactly what i want to see in the service industry. I got the blonde and he got a hot mocha. Best coffees!!!

Coffee was okay but nothing new or special so it was not worth the 35 minute wait.
Employees are nice which is a necessity with such long wait times.
If there is a line, expect to wait 30+ minutes to get through. I would not call this quick service. There were maybe 15 cars in line when I went and I was not expecting the wait to be so long since they have quick service ratings.

I normally love 7brew and the drinks are always great, but I’m a little frustrated with them after my last visit. I wasn’t able to go yesterday to get the sticker, so as a shot in the dark I asked the girl taking my order this morning if there were any left. She was super nice, said yes and to ask the guy at the register. I asked the guy—again, very nice—and he said he would go check. While he was in the building, I could hear another employee say “tell her we don’t have anymore and even if we did we couldn’t give her one” in a very snarky attitude… the fact that I was in the lane farthest from the building and heard that was shocking. The guy came back and told me that they were out, but obviously didn’t share the rest of what she said. I just responded saying I was bummed and wasn’t able to come yesterday because of work. As I was pulling off, the woman (or another female employee) said “oh, did she ask for a sticker?” and to me it came off snarky as well. I also got an energy drink and didn’t realize the BOGO energy drink deal was happening until after I ordered and was waiting in line for my drinks (which none of the employees mentioned it to me btw). By the time the guy got back and the woman was rude, I didn’t even feel comfortable asking about that…
So not only did I not get a sticker (which I get because that was yesterdays promo), but I didn’t get my bogo drink either… even though I was here for that promo.
Note I used to work in retail and understand that promos can leave customers and employees feeling irritated… but I am also someone who is always nice to the employees (and have even backed them up when other customers have been rude to them) and I tip every single time. This whole situation is just really frustrating. It’s not even about the sticker or the bogo drink, it’s the fact that I’m a loyal customer and felt like the situation was handled unprofessionally.

Roofing and Gutter Mafia
Well after Watching one of the workers come out of the store going to a cooler while picking her nose and grab some sort of syrup in a clear container and then opening the machine for ice cream and dump it in without washing her hands. That’s kind of disgusting probably health hazard too..Well I see they love to respond to 5 star reviews but not the one stars. But hey just a little help so no one thinks this was a made or I’m upset with this company. This was the first time I went to 7 brew don’t know much about the place but not only did I drive off so did other drivers. But hey after thinking about things last nite I realized McDonald’s is doing the Grinch thing so maybe this is 7 Brew Way of doing the Grinch thing with boogers who knows.

This was such a unique drive thru experience! All of the baristas outside were playing around and having fun. We talked about Christmas movies and before I knew it my drink was ready and tasted delicious!

I’ve been coming here since this location has opened. I’m not sure if it’s the change in staff of just over all performance but the presentation has plummeted. The flavor is just sweet no matter the options put in. I specifically ask for alterations I pay for and it seems like my request to get the alterations I asked and payed for is a burden to the staff. The newest staff is not friendly, not welcoming. Lastly the old staff would accommodate and wipe off access ingredients that fell to the side of the cup. The new staff just hands off and i don’t keep napkins in my car. Overall terrible, terrible experience I WOULD NOT recommend even for a cup or ice.

The blondie milkshake is my favorite, & it is always soooo delicious! The service is always excellent! I took my youngest son for the first time, & he too, enjoyed an iced coffee! Highly recommend 7 Brew to anyone who loves great coffee & desserts!
