I wish that I was able to leave zero stars. This had became my favorite place to eat. For the past month we had ate there during lunch 2-3 times per week. Never an issue until today. 4 out of 4 orders were incorrect and missing items. When I approached the waitress to obtain missing sides and advise that our orders were incorrect she began screaming at the top of her lungs for the entire restaurant to hear and start staring . I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my entire life. I have owned and operated 3 businesses at one time during my lifetime and an employee would never get away with treating a customer this way and the manager would have also been fired for poor customer service. The manager took the waitress back to the kitchen where she continued to scream and holler inappropriately. Then the manager came back out and asked what the issue was, I advised our orders were incorrect and had missing items. She appeared to be writing it all down. Needless to say orders were never corrected. Price was not discounted. Never so much as received an apology for such blatant lack of customer service. Then when the manager brought my ticket back to the table she slung it down and walked off with still no apology for what had happened, missing items or corrected order. I have contacted human resources to file a formal complaint. I desperately attempted to support this business for all the good that they do for and with individuals however I will never go back.

The food is awesome. Home cooked meals and made to order menu food. Their prices are very cheap for the quality of food they serve. Everyone is nice and friendly. My favorite home style food restaurant ever. Everyday they have lunch specials that consist of 2 choices and comes with a tea for 9.99.

I previously ate here before, food was 10/10. I chose delivery this time, I will say that my delivery driver took a bit longer, so next time I will not order okra for delivery. It was soft and mushy and cold by the time it arrived. I also feel as if the funnel bites should be sprinkled prior to sending them out for delivery. But I still recommend Alli’s cafe.

My first time & not impressed. A good friend of mine frequent this establishment so I will definitely give it another try. I had the Double Decker club special. My bread tasted like a crouton & the rest of the sandwich was cold. I'm use to club sandwiches being warm from the toast & bacon idk This business has a purpose so I'm not bashing it, just stating my experience & opinion.

This is a MUST TRY! I picked up breakfast while driving through town on business, and Alli's ended up being exactly the right spot. My order ready, correct, and fresh when I arrived, the service was friendly, and the food is absolutely fantastic. Not to mention, I paid $10 for the whole meal (including coffee), and the portions were definitely hearty.
I didn't know this prior, but I've since learned that Alli's employs folks with barriers to employment with traditional employers, which is just another iconic perk.
My only regret is not ordering the Funnel Cake Bites, but if I have time, I'll definitely be making another stop! Definitely recommend!
