The Rueben could have been more meaty. The kraut was overbearing. The bread was too thick. Too expensive for a kraut and thousand island on thick marble rye.

What a waste of money! $11 so I could try the new steak sub. There was something hard in my sandwich..The curly fries were over cooked,cold and flat out nasty just like the customer service. This place is trash just like the food

They messed up my order. When I went back in to speak to the manger showed her my receipt she fixed it with no issues smiling and apologized about the mistake! She’s wonderful! So sweet!

I stopped to get dinner while driving home from the Charlotte airport. From the time I stopped, until I was back on the road was only 12 minutes. Anymore, I consider this to be great turnaround for a fast food meal. My order was correct, my food was hot, and the staff was friendly.

Food is good but that’s bout it had the lady tell me I couldn’t order the sandwich the way I wanted it and if I wanted to change the onion bun I had to keep the cheese or red sauce like why can’t I order it how I want to eat it im the one paying for it procedded to talk with corporate about it the manager of the store reached out apologized said to tell them my name next time I’m in here so I do they know nothing what I was talking about and the lady I was trying to explain it to was just completely rude I told her it was fine no big deal I’ll just order my food as long as I can order it how I want not how it comes she was still rude so they need to train their employees better instead of them just standing there on their phones texting the whole time and being disrespectful to customers

It's one of my favorite restaurants, but it seems like the food quality is at an all-time low. I ordered a fish sandwich. They pulled me bc the fish had to cook & I loved that for me, but when I got it, it was COLD!! I bit into it as soon as I got it. I was very disappointed.
