Walked into an empty restaurant and waited 10 minutes while the purple-haired hostess ignored us completely. She managed to take three phone orders and chat with the kitchen staff multiple times without even acknowledging our presence. The girl clearly had no customer service skills whatsoever. As we were leaving out of frustration, she had the nerve to ask why we weren't staying. When I pointed out we'd been waiting with no service while she handled everything except helping actual customers, she had nothing to say. A business that can't even manage basic customer interaction would be better off without a storefront entirely if they aren't going to serve the people who actually walk through their doors. The owners should be ashamed of running such an unprofessional operation with staff this incompetent. Completely unacceptable service from top to bottom.

Do NOT eat here. I have celiac disease, and they have a marked gluten free menu. After vomiting in their bathroom, I was told that they put wheat in all of their salads and spring rolls, marked gluten free or not. I will now be sick for weeks. They did not seem apologetic and were very rude, saying that they just put it in all their salads. The food was also overpriced, underseasoned, and the chicken had a mushy canned texture. I really question their ability to make food safely and hygienically in general, as explicitly stating that a food does not have an allergen when they know that it does shows a profound lack of care for human safety.

Super adorable little shop, just stopped in real quickly for boba tea and was given lovely and quick service. Not to mention the delicious drinks! Super yummy matcha latte and Brown Sugar drinks. The black pearl tapioca wasn’t the freshest and a little hard but still yummy. Definitely recommend this place for their delicious menu and bubble teas!
