Went thru the drive thru on my way back to work and when I got to work to eat my lunch they forgot to put my fries in the meal. Really how do you forget fries in a combo? Tried calling up there from work but nobody answered.

I went to Bojangles this morning for a sausage gravy biscuit and borounds my borounds were cold my biscuits and gravy looked like some Ody already had ate off it. I tryed calling but of course nobody answered I'm very pissed off y'all need to do better smh if I could give y'all a zero I definitely would... Sincerely a pissed off customer
you can get in and out of the line quick unfortunately every time I swing in to this one the food is always always cold

I work behind the bojangles on grover st. everytime I order there food is cold, order not right, or leave something out. Gotta get this place up to par. Sad about all the business they could have if they'd just get their place at least up to pat.

If your hours to be open is 10 pm, do your job and operate as normal until 10 pm. You don’t close at 9:38. Sat in the drive thru for 5 min without receiving service. Didn’t see anyone on the inside cleaning up but there were 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Make sure your workers are covering their shift in full smh

Apparently, if you're not in the drive through, they couldn't care less if you are there. Waited 10 minutes at the register with multiple people noticing me there. No one even bothered to acknowledge me. The last 4 times I've been there, I have only left with food once. That was my last attempt.
First time there but will be back. Generous portions and good food

Try to call in the order for my mom. She has cancer and I run errands for her and it would really help with time management and not one person picked up the phone and I tried several times over the course of 2 hours. So that's why there's one star.
