There was a long wait inside only to be told I had to use the drive thru. Great food not the best service. Probably wouldn't return unless nothing else was open facts.

Been sitting for the last 40 minutes waiting on them to bring my food to the curb ahead of the drive thru window. Unacceptable. There's been probably 25 cars that have gotten their order. I ordered an 8 piece. Update. Left after 55 minutes. Insane.

I checked ahead of time. They are supposed to close at 10:00 PM. I pulled into the drive through at 8:55 and they told me they were closed. This location absolutely sucks. A few days ago I ordered a chicken breast and it was old and drier than a popcorn fart. I like Bojangles but this one is a constant disappointment.
