Ridiculously overpriced. The food is super greasy and they're so cheap they don't want to give you napkins to squeeze it out. No one wants spicy chicken. Cost me $20 for two biscuits and a couple of bo rounds!

Incredibly rude ordered a chicken bowl meal off the menu and instead of being told it’s no longer available they just hand me a flimsy chicken patty and a biscuit in a box. Renee cashier copped an attitude and somehow it’s my fault for asking for a refund.

First time ever doing this. Ordered a gravy biscuit and ended up with a water/sausage biscuit. Tried to call just let them know about it. After the 5th time trying I gave up and just threw it in the trash. This location is a franchise and not part of the corporate Bojangles so good luck getting in contact with anyone connected to this location.

Went thru the drive thru on my way back to work and when I got to work to eat my lunch they forgot to put my fries in the meal. Really how do you forget fries in a combo? Tried calling up there from work but nobody answered.
