The sign says they close the dining area at 10 o’clock. I went in at 9:30 on Friday evening And the door was open so I asked hey are you guys still open and I get this rude comment from an older woman who should know better telling me that she’s mad at me for walking on a recently mopped floor so I walked out she tried to serve me as I was leaving. I told her simply I’ll spend my money somewhere else where I’m appreciated.

The unprofessional attitudes in this place is unreal. I don't wanna call names on here, but the owner of this establishment needs to make some changes to the shift leaders and some of the elder employees in this restaurant. Not how I would want myself or my establishment represented at all. Your crew on 12/8/24 at lunch time was absolutely ridiculous. And it's the same people all the time acting the same way. Loud, rude, demanding, can hear the attitudes in their voice, especially towards customers. It's embarrassing

Food is over priced and they seem a little lazy. Asked for seasoning on my potato cakes. The potato cakes did not have any seasoning on them but I had a little bag that they gave me that had seasoning in it. It made a mess in the car.

Food is nasty i asked them to make it fresh and they gave me food sitting under a heat lamp and it was hard as a rock. I will never go back
Just horrible. No wings and I stead of telling me they put in dark meat. Went in and manager was there in sandals and had an attitude. They finally gave me breast to replace wings. When I got home I found hair in my food which shouldn't surprise me because I didn't see one person with a hair net or hat on. All I can say is atheist the dogs will eat good.

Food terribly cold wanted some sauce for my fries since i don't eat ketchup and had to pay almost $1.50 for bbq sauce. I understand me paying for extra sauce but can I at least get one on the house in place of ketchup and I paid for the extras! Gees yall greedy for no reason and the food is always mediocre at best! Bad experience here let me tell you. Once I gave this Bojangles a bad review and the employees took it very personal. So personal that one morning they charged me 5.47 for a large ice tea and as I was pulling off I heard the employees say you changed your review yet. Now mind you that review was a couple years ago and this incident was about a month ago. But that's not even the worst of it cause I stopped in a couple mornings after the over charge on the tea and it was like 6:30 in the morning and you know what they say? We don't have any more biscuits!!?? Really??? We'll that took the cake with me and they need to grow up and do their jobs and not be mad cause they got a bad review because they wasn't doing their jobs correctly a couple years ago. I am done with this Bojangles forever. And everyone I know and all my relatives are too. Good food but dirty attitudes.

We came through this city very thirsty and hungry from the power being out from Helene and let me tell you this crew was OUTSTANDING!! Everyone had a position and everyone played it well! The Mgr on duty handled the pressure from the 100s of people inside in line and the drive thru being wrapped around the building ! The food was fresh and very good !! This crew is a five star crew! Shout out to the entire crew because it takes more then one to make it work!!
