Never met more awful employees. Order was wrong, and when mentioned the employee got the biggest attitude. No one apologized, in fact all we got was fought on the fact the food we PAID for was wrong. If you don’t want to deal with peoples issues/ complaints then either do your job right or get out of people facing roles. Eveyone in this establishment on shift 12/2/25 at 3:45pm should be replaced.

We were in there on 11-08-2025 around 6:20pm and part of our order was 2 sweet potato pies. They were cold and had a sticker on them that said made at 5:22 AM and expires 7:22 AM. They refused a refund because we paid with cash money and would not offer us anything else.!!!!

Well this place was doing a wonderful job until now. Noticed new employees at drive thru window. I get breakfast every morning around 10am. The last 5 times I've been their I've had to park and go in to get a straw and napkins because they are never in bag. I don't eat fries unless they are extra seasoning and I always ask. Well this morning I ordered Bo size extra seasoning when she handed me my drink I said that's not Bo size she said we don't have any so I just charged you regular price but I normally pay $12.04 because I always give them the. 04 cent so I don't break a dollar. This morning it was $13.31 so they aren't taking it off. Please check your receipt, before you leave if you do not get the large. Guess i'm fixing to start going to the bojangles over near the hospital.Now because the other two on dixon boulevard suck.

Would have given 5 stars but the short girl with fake eyelashes who took my husbands order had a bad attitude. Rolling her eyes because he couldn't get his order out fast enough. He has a condition in which he has to search for words! If we come back we won't stay if we have to deal with her. The other young lady, whom i believe was the manager, was very kind

EVERY time i got to this bojangles they attitude are HORRIBLE. I never get any napkins or the sauces i ask for. The drive thru workers obviously need to look for another job because ain’t no way every time i go they have an attitude. Bojangles ain’t that good to put up with fully grown adults who just have nasty attitudes and demeanors. Just bring the robot back she was a lot nicer and my food was right. I’m not exaggerating either it’s EVERY. TIME. fast food not for everyone and that bojangles ain’t even as busy as the others so I’m not sure what the problem is

They actually had no creamer for coffee. The thermostat was set so low our kids didnt want to eat as they were shivering. The lady taking order acted rude like she didnt want to be there. Finally they called about raising the temperature. And our food was poorly prepared. Stay away from this location. Owned by a lady named West.

Sweet Valentine

Just left from this location. Asked politely to have my sandwich cut in half after placing order at automated system. Was aware if it would honor my request of cutting the sandwich in half so I asked at the window where I was the ONLY customer in the line. The cashier Jennifer states well the sandwich is already in the bag, what do you want me to do?! As she exemplifies an attitude. Closes the window and proceeds to talk to her manager with an attitude as if she is the one having to cut the biscuit. The manger with the love said something smart the proceed to giggle. As Jennifer states as she giggles that’s crazy and proceeds to give me my change and receipt. I politely say thank you. I was not offered any condiments or anything. As I open my wrapper the biscuit is falling apart because it was done incorrectly and the thick part of the chicken sandwich was not edible it wasn’t done. It was not hot when received the biscuit nor the Bo-rounds that you can tell had been sitting because they felt heavy with grease on my tongue. I have NEVER received such awful service before at this location and I hope the GM makes the proper changes to this issue.
