For some reason they have made errors on my last 2 orders

I ordered on the app yesterday and no one was at the store at 12:20pm. I called them today just to see if they’d let me come pick my order up since they were closed. They proceeded to argue with me tell me they were open, when they clearly were not, no cars in the parking lot other than my own, no one answered the drive-thru no one was at the window when I pulled up. All the lights were off. And then they just hang up on me instead of just admitting they were not there. All I wanted was the food I paid for the previous day.

Tried to come here the last 5 times over the course of 6 months anytime I’m in town really, it’s always the same thing. Our card machine is down, how is down everytime? Don’t know what the food taste like or the wait times, haven’t been able to get that far

Cook was eating while making food. They didn’t have cheese sticks, didn’t have chilli, and their card machine was down. The bread for the burger was frozen! Never again.

What happen to the fries? Those were not checker fries it was short fat fries and was soggy and cold.The checkers burger meat is thin as paper.The food was cold and nasty.The lobby doors was locked during the day.My food was brought out through the back door.Not to mentioned they were out of everything that I was asking for. This location needs to be shut down!
Service used to be sketchy at this location, but it is back to its old good self now. It’s always a stop off when flying home out of Charlotte. Their fries are the best they can be not when not using fat in the fryer. Still good enough to go out of your way to buy some.

Gross. Was looking a for a quick meal. Waited 20 mins in the drive through. Was told they were out of many drinks. Received a drink they had in stock only for it to be out of syrup. The food we received was cold to the point it was inedible. Turned around and asked for a refund. I don’t expect great food when we get fast food but I don’t expect it to be cold. Employees are obviously high.

I love their burgers. I had the Big Buford Double Burger Combo. The service is always great. I stop here often to get my burger. I recommend this place if you want a great burger.
