I ordered on the app yesterday and no one was at the store at 12:20pm. I called them today just to see if they’d let me come pick my order up since they were closed. They proceeded to argue with me tell me they were open, when they clearly were not, no cars in the parking lot other than my own, no one answered the drive-thru no one was at the window when I pulled up. All the lights were off. And then they just hang up on me instead of just admitting they were not there. All I wanted was the food I paid for the previous day.

Cook was eating while making food. They didn’t have cheese sticks, didn’t have chilli, and their card machine was down. The bread for the burger was frozen! Never again.

Gross. Was looking a for a quick meal. Waited 20 mins in the drive through. Was told they were out of many drinks. Received a drink they had in stock only for it to be out of syrup. The food we received was cold to the point it was inedible. Turned around and asked for a refund. I don’t expect great food when we get fast food but I don’t expect it to be cold. Employees are obviously high.

I love their burgers. I had the Big Buford Double Burger Combo. The service is always great. I stop here often to get my burger. I recommend this place if you want a great burger.

Would 0 stars if I could. literally left from this location and it is the worst experience. The cheese wasn’t melted on our burgers, fries were hot but bottom of the barrel, gave us wrong size fries, out of straws but didn’t tell us. When my husband went to try and get what we needed after leaving drive thru, nobody would answer. He was literally looking at a worker thru the door that was locked. Ugh

First visit in two years after first time bad experience this time was even worse. The girl in drive through mumbled the whole time, had a awful attitude, the whole staff moved at a sloths pace. The fries where steaming hot but not crispy at all, the burgers sloppy and the milkshake was basically thick milk. The card reader was down and when we got to the window she said we told you that at the box with an eye roll. We tried explaining even at the radio box that we could hear or understand her. The attitude was horrible and now I see why there are hardly ever any cars there. This place will not last with continued poor service.

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged by one of the 2 workers. One of them sat on the phone the whole time and kept looking at us like we were interrupting. The other wouldn’t even look in our direction. Finally was acknowledged and then was told they were cash only. Could’ve said that 10 minutes prior when we walked in.
Live in Charlotte haven't seen a checkers since I moved from NYC so I will say the food was great and the cashier was very friendly
