This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever! We were in town for our son's wedding. We love Chick-fil-A and needed some quick, good meals. The first time we went to this location, I received a salad with blue cheese on it, even though I had requested no blue cheese. We had gotten into town late that night and ordered about a half an hour before they closed. When we got back to the hotel, I was disappointed to see blue cheese on my salad, which I which I cannot eat. It was too late to get dinner from somewhere else so a snack we had brought with us had to suffice for dinner that night.The second time we tried this location, we ordered two Chick-fil-A sandwiches and two drinks. We specified while ordering that we did not want meal deals/fries. When we received our order, we realized we had received and paid for fries!Guess we shouldn't have tried a third time, but time was short and we were hopeful. I once again ordered a Market Salad without Blue Cheese and with shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack as a substitution. This location's employees, including the manager, refused to make the substitution, did not care about the other service issues we had encountered and spoke to my husband in a rude manner. Our Chick-fil-A encounters last week were disappointingly unique to all our other Chick-fil-A experiences. Other Chick-fil-As have made cheese substitutions with a smile and always striven for excellent service.

The workers are always polite, our food comes fast, hot and delicious! Recently they must up my chicken and all we had to do was bring it up front, they immediately gave us a new thing of hot delicious chicken! Chick-fil-A is always a wonderful place to go!Kid-friendliness: They have a tiny little play place inside the Chick-fil-A for little kids, they also have kid meals that come with little toys or books!
The staff were not friendly or welcoming. Food was Delicious and the restaurant was clean. The staff now gives bags to everyone regardless if you are dining in or doing take out. This is not environmentally friendly and then customers are stuck with a big bag and tray to eat with or just throw away. I was told that I could not get a small drink for my child unless I ordered a kids meal. I asked for a small water cup then and was told I could not get that either. I have never ever been to a Chick-fil-A location like this and I promise that I will not be visiting this location again.
On my way home from college, I got badly car sick. I stopped at this location because of the safe atmosphere and ordered yogurt. Unlike other locations, workers weren’t out in the rain but instead under shelter. The bathrooms were some of the best I had ever seen for a fast-food chain. Overall, I think it speaks volumes for both the staff and management. Though I live out of town, I will definitely visit this location when coming to see family for breaks.

I work for a delivery company, I don't know why the lady back there decided to bark at me she has to see me confirm the order. But unfortunately that is not her job that is my job as the pickup person, her job is to make sure her food is correctly put in assembled in the bags not to sit there and try to tell other people how to do their job. That bag of food honestly should have been prepared by the time I had gotten there. I love doing this job but I do not enjoy when I have to come to this location, not only is it hard to get in and out because they refused to open the other side entrance / exit. Which is very illogical. Check your employees before you try to check somebody else while they're doing job. In fact her hollering like that took almost 30 seconds of time away from me. Because I had to turn around and say don't worry I confirmed it. Seems like a very ungodly attitude. She might need to look back in her Bible and we learn how to talk to people. That ugly attitude shows a lot about your true character. worry about doing your job instead of trying to delegate others how to do theirs. It's not my fault you're having a bad day and you decided to take it out on me that's fine wish you a blessed one and I will pray for you and family Lord knows they need prayers especially if they have to deal with that attitude when you get home.

My Spanish-speaking family were refused service. They are competent enough English speakers to order food, but they were refused anyway. This is unacceptable service culture and business ethic. Beyond that, what kind of screwed up Chikfila, of all places, can't take a minute to understand someone or use Google translate? You have signs, with PICTURES, and hands to point with. Incredibly disappointed in our experience.
