Arrived 1.5 hrs before close and ordered milkshakes. The guy working told us the machine was down for the night. When asked why or what time they close, the young man was rude, gave a blank stare, and shut the door on us. We normally love coming for milkshakes and the pizza is amazing but this is now twice we’ve received poor customer service from the same employee. I would recommend further training on customer service. McDonald’s got our business.

Zero stars Went there ordered pizza informed 15-20 minute wait. Waited. Went to window and was told wait another 10 minutes. I guess my pizza was forgotten to be made. Money was refunded. Time is something no one can get back in life.

I’ve never had an issue getting single slices of pizza, but today I ordered a meat pizza by phone and a single order of wing bites and when I got home I had a cheese pizza. When I called the store to ask for a replacement I was treated rudely and told that I ordered a cheese pizza. If you do decide to order a pizza by phone make sure you verify your order as the employee may be hard of hearing and will refuse to admit their mistake.

I went there on Sunday and ordered 2 Hotdogs with Ketchup and Mustard, I pulled up and opened them and one of the BUNS was all moldy, I went back to the window and returned them and drove away. I will not be back, it seems like whoever made the Hotdogs should have noticed the Mold.
This place is absolutely great, good prices on everything, and the hot dogs are delicious, staff is friendly as can be, I can't recommend this place enough!

Horrible horrible service. I’ve called in my order multiple times, waited at the window for ten minutes to not be acknowledged, leave and come back and they never made my order. They really need to hire some people who know how to work with customers and get the job done. Unless you have time to waste and the patience of a saint, do not come here
