But the person who made it puy almost none in there. Seemed as if they did it on purpose. Kind of annoying

Went to have lunch with my husband and twins. We entered the building to nearly every table dirty and the cook eating with her gloves on while preparing food. We were so disgusted we ended up leaving.

On 2.16.2025 at approximately 720. The girl that takes your order through the drive thru needs some remedial trading in customer service! She was EXTREMELY RUDE and very disrespectful when taking my order and very short and argumentative. Then when I went to pay, it was her because I could tell her voice, she was on her cellphone which I’m assuming was why she was so horrible to her customer! I even told the girl that gave me my food to get someone else to take orders, it was that bad, she was Horrible! Food was great though!

I ordered through DoorDash and got a Flamethrower Burger meal along with a Salted Truffle Blizzard. When my order arrived, I was missing my Blizzard, two gravies, fries, and the burger was completely wrong—it had something on it that I can’t eat. When I went to the restaurant and explained the issue at the drive-thru, they told me I had to repurchase everything instead of fixing their mistake. If you want to keep customers, maybe don’t make them pay twice for an order that should have been right the first time. Really disappointing experience.

We probably get Blizzards here at least three times a month. The service is always good through the drive through. Sometimes there are long lines and other times not so much. Either way, our issue is that the Blizzards are rarely actually blended. We thought it was because of the long lines, but it’s not. Yesterday around 7:45pm the line was short and the same. Seems like it’s just the practice. Like most things these days, they weren’t very concerned with the quality of their product.

I would rank 5 star but that for above and beyond in my book. But I love the food here and the people are typically in a good mood. I am personal a fan of the triple flamethrower and the chicken tenders. The cheese churds are good depending on who made them.

Went inside to place order read order that was texted to me got home it was wrong and ordered a large blizzard while reading the order off they didn't get it on the order. Cost $60 for three people to eat. You can't go anywhere and place a order and get it right.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dirty restaurant, drink machine broken that sprayed all over the place & the workers did nothing but laugh. Spent over 60$ for a family of 7 & the food was mediocre at best. Workers didn’t care about anything but getting people out the door. Don’t frequent Shelby often but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Management needs to do something.
