Ordered 3 pastas and the bottom of the pans were barely covered.i called and they said they weigh their pasta and that's what they go by. For $8 per pan and that's all you get. I WILL NEVER order from there again.

I order and pay online. Everytime I go to pick it up there is one car ahead of me and I wait 15-20 minutes in line to get the pizza. Tonight the same then I find out they dropped one of my pizzas on the floor and have to remake it. I’ve been here 25 minutes now with no pizza.

This store blows im allowed to place my order and have multiple times past couple weeks and had it delivered i placed an order tonight and after 30 min of waiting im contacted saying they don't deliver here funny thing is it hasn't even been 48 hours since I last had an order placed thru this store and delivered to me this is unacceptable if this store does not deliver I should not be able to place my order on the dominos site for this store for delivery so why is this allowed to happen seems to me you would want to prevent dissatisfied customers not create them

If I could rate zero stars I would!!! This is the third time me ordering Dominoes in Shelby, and only one time was edible. This is definitely the last!!! I called. And placed an order 3 large pizzas. They sent one pizza with all six toppings on there🤦♀️. To make it worse, the guy was so rude. He's the one that I placed the order with, he was rushing me off of the phone. Customer service skills not acquired evidently! And to top it off I still gave the delivery guy the money because it wasn't his fault and my kids are hungry!!! I just ordered Papa John's. Your service overall had been less than satisfactory, and I want my damn money back!!!!

Stopped going a long time ago because to much garlic in crust. Went to the one on 74 and wow....great. pizza was ?. Ordering on line had even better deals. I don't know who was making those pizzas on Thursday but I will be a regular every Thursday. Keep up the great work guys. Awesome........

Delivery always on time and they actually deliver their stuffed bread is rlly good and the food is comes fresh n looks good it's just not my preference of pizza places but it's often all I can get so im.happy w it for sure
