If I could give a zero star I would 46 mins to prep then they call after 46 minutes and say I don’t have a driver!!!! Worst service all the way around rude service sucks places needs new mangers never will be going there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered on my domino's app and used the 19.99 coupon and was charged 27 and some change. Get to pick the order and not only was my order not ready,they couldn't tell me why i was charged so much more than the 19.99 specially..the food wasn't even ready and it had been 45 mins since I had placed the order. You don't need to advertise something and not honor it. The lady at the pick up window said they were short handed and only 3 employees there, but why should that be my fault. Everyone is short handed theses days and under paid. Just poor management at this establishment. I will not be back

I ordered boneless wings they gave me bone in, a dried out pizza without cheese and not even cut and a burnt pizza. I called back to see if they would correct it and they said 3 hours and the person that said they was the manager was super rude. I have where I called multiple times with no answer, hung up on them his ride self saying they never miss calls.

I ordered pizza at 10 o’clock for delivery. The guy informed me it would be an hour and 30 to hour and 40 minutes I said OK ordered my food 12 o’clock I started calling Domino’s. I got hung up on 10 times so I drove to the store 30 minutes before they closed and asked, what about where’s my pizza, he informed me we’re closed. You can leave my store go find something else to eat ask him who is the manager manager he says I’m the manager, but this ain’t my real job. Service worst place ever I wouldn’t advise no one to eat here

It is Feb. 2024, and Domino's of Shelby has a new GM that is awesome!!! She seems to be turning the place around! And makes a great pizza! There weren't even any bubbles in the crust..it was perfect. I'll definitely be going back!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible and has a dining room!
