Nothing fancy from the outside, but a decent local place. Food was fresh, hot and had excellent flavor. We will be going back.

I went to Don Ramonâs for the first time and the service was horrible. Business was slow and our waitress was nowhere to be found and left my friends drunk empty for most of the meal. I work in the restaurant industry too so that should say a lot. She was going into the kitchen disappearing, didnât check on us until we were done. I ordered a margarita that tasted awful. The waitress said it was house tequila and said sheâd take off the drink but brought the ticket with the drink still on the bill but didnât say a word⊠not even have a good night or anything and walked off. We went to go checkout and talked to the manager yet he tried to tell me the margaritas were made with Jose Cuervo and that was not Jose, maybe Tarantula or El Jimador but even then Jose is not top shelf so I paid $16 for a drink I didnât drink because it was nasty! We wonât be back. Terrible service, terrible management!

When this place first opened it was good food and wonderful service . The past two times we have went the order was wrong and the food tasted greasy. The service was awful they act like they didnât want to wait on anyone. The server stayed in the back talking the whole time. Will not ever go back, and I donât recommend this place to anyone.

When this place first opened it was good. Was there about a month ago and they brought us the wrong order to begin with which was no big deal. We got our correct order with ground beef and it was un-eatable. We did not eat it. It tasted as if they just put ground beef in a sauce pan and boiled it with absolutely no seasoning at all nothing just plain meat and water. I am writing this because the last few times I have been there it has been bad no flavor what so ever. We will not be back.

16.00 for a beef taco & burrito with red sauce for lunch- through the drive thru. Pretty sure this combo is about $7 at surrounding Mexican restaurants. Ridiculous!

Just be careful ordering from the online menu. I ordered the pollo ranchero because I donât eat pork. The pollo ranchero I got was totally different than online with pork included and none of what it usually came with. When I took it back and explained to the guy that this wasnât what I ordered online he said oh this is the new menu. When I said itâs different online and I donât eat pork, he just said âŠ..well and didnât want to correct it. By this time Iâm ticked and instead of sitting in the drive thru arguing with the guy I decided that this will be the last business they ever get of mine. $58 for three people. Shameful đđŸ
And to top it off. After I keep the wrongly cooked food, now to give to my dogs, I call back just to let him know that he might want to fix the website because it doesnât match the current menu and that it could cause problems in the futureâŠ..he says âyeaâ and hangs up on me. Beats all I ever seen. I wouldnât recommend giving this place a dime!
