3rd time visiting since we moved out here and we will never be back. Today's visit we got 2 iced mocha coffees and again the coffe taste old. The 2 doughnuts we got for our kids looked and tasted like day old doughnuts. No napkins at all. There was only 1 car in the drive thru and they were at the window when we pulled in and we were asked to wait which was about a 5 min wait only seen 1 customer inside.

took a couple of sips of my frozen coffee and this is what ended up in my mouth. feels like glass and not just small pieces but pieces like this. i didn't even finish the coffee. i wanted to handle this by calling them to see what would be done but the number doesn't work and i cant figure out another way to get into contact with this place. i have NEVER had this happen to me. i'm not normally like this but i NEED something to be done about this. bad enough that this happened but even worse that i can't get into contact with them. dunkin in shelby located on E Dixon Blvd DO BETTER. absolutely heated right now. if i don't hear anything back by today i definitely will be making that drive all the way back to this specific dunkin.

Stopped by on a whim after realizing my coffee mug was in a dangerously low state.
I came in for some iced coffee and was greeted with warmth, friendliness, and top-shelf customer service. Bravo to the entire team working today. From one human to a group of others, your efforts are truly appreciated. Refreshing in more ways than one.

Every drink I have got here has been amazing. I absolutely love the iced energy. I love that there's so many different flavor options. The atmosphere thou is even more amazing. Jae is so nice and makes me wanna come back everyday. She is an amazing brewista. She is always helpful and nice💕💕
Sometimes the wait is horrific, I have seen them take an order fill that order before moving on to taking the next order. When a place has four people on staff this is unacceptable. I have started going to 7Brew they may be busier but the service is faster and they're friendly!
