First visit: store was in a complete utter mess. They refused to clean up the coffee spill for 2 hours. I walked in and saw the spill and it remained there until I left. I had to wipe down my own table. They are fine with people sleeping on tables.

Second visit: went to drive thru and asked for an iced cappuccino and my drink was milk and no coffee. The baristas need to learn the recipes ASAP!! I understand mistakes, but really?? Is there ever a manager on duty? Of course not! Both times were not even busy. I'm not returning!!

I give this place try after try and it’s never any better.
I go up to the speaker to order today (03/28/25) around 3:30 and the girl taking orders says abruptly “It will be a minute” I said okay, and I asked her how long. She huffed and said “There’s only two of us here and a long line. I have no idea how long it will be. We just ran out of coffee I need to make more.” And I said okay… and after a minute or two a lady behind me honked (I’m assuming by accident) and the girl hopped back on the line and said “Yes?” I said “I didn’t honk at you. That’s rude. I would let you know if I needed something.” The girl snapped back and said “Well you can order anytime, we are just really busy, there’s just two of us here…” and then ranted about the coffee again and some other stuff.

Another lady eventually had to hop on and take my order because the girl was getting increasingly angry. When I got to the window (took like 10 minutes) the other girl that took my order (the nice one) apologized and said that the other girl was overstimulated. I said that I understand that, however she should absolutely not be taking it out on the customers. The girl agreed with me and was so nice after everything. I did try asking for the girls name but she wouldn’t tell me. Corporate really needs to know what goes on at this store. But if that one rude girl is reading this, please find another job where you don’t work with the public. I’m not the one to talk to like that, and neither is anyone else.

This place gets worse EVERY WEEK! I don't know why I still go with hope, they're out of something new or machine is broke every week! Terrible should shut down mobile, as they wait till you get there to tell you they can't make your order when you're already in a hurry it's the point of mobile. This happened two weeks before church.

This is the most frustratingly slow dunkin on the planet. Every single time we go here it’s guaranteed 30 minute wait in the drive through. What a shame.

paid online and pulled in the drive thru to get my donuts and they tell me they ran out of donuts, and offered me a refund so they handed me cash and i drove away without counting it and they barely gave me half my money back!! never coming back!! 11/27

Sadly I had high hopes, but this is the second time visiting and I never get what I ask for. My Lrg coffee had absolutely NO creamer, no Peppermint, just tasted like a strong cold brew with vanilla. That’s it. Very disappointing. I paid $23 for two drinks (my husbands was gross too) and two sandwich’s. I asked for turkey sausage due to stomach issues and had to get regular sausage because they were out. Fine whatever. Here’s a picture of how dark my coffee is, AFTER THE FACT that I came Home and added my OWN creamer.

probably the worst dunkin i’ve ever been too. never has literally anything. super SUPER slow service, hashbrowns are usually cold, eggs don’t even look real. it’s insane, i don’t know how they are still even open. last time i came here they said they “couldn’t get the coffee hot because the machine wouldn’t allow it too” like what? horrible. it took someone 5 minutes to take our order thru the drive thru line. just don’t recommend

I went inside so I could choose the donuts I wanted. The only greeting I received when I walked in was "Cash or Card". Employee that waited on me acted as if she'd pulled the short straw out of the 6 people working there. The place was filthy. I mean filthy. I recommend going to Ingles and picking from their selection of donuts. You can even get a Starbucks drink there if that's your jam.

We visited this location for their Veteran's Day promotion of a free donut. The drive through line was long so we decided to go inside. There was only one other customer inside. We waited for over 5 minutes and were never acknowledged (even though eye contact was made with every employee). The inside was dirty and cluttered. All three of the employees wore frowns and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. One employee continually held his arm over his head and was leaning on a piece of machinery. I finally interrupted an employee when she pulled a donut for a drive through customer and asked her for a Veteran's donut. She seemed annoyed that I dare speak to her. Doubtful that I will ever come back to this location, and I certainly don't recommend it. District Manager needs to replace the store manager and all employees with people who actually want to work.

On the plus side, the chocolate iced chocolate donut did taste good.

I’ve been to plenty Dunkin’ Donuts locations, but this is the worst one. Why does it take 45 minutes if there’s only 1 car in the drive through? And when you receive your order it’s either wrong or the staff has an attitude. Either get new management or train your staff to make the correct orders.
