Grill cooks doesn't know the difference between rare medium or well done beans was hard Ice cream machine was broke reminded me of the classic McDonalds excuses then all the pies was burnt

The food was cold. It was nasty. I did not have time to talk to the manager because the manager was busy. I called back and told the manager the situation. He was very rude to me.

The experience was at the Shelby location. I had to wait to be seated at a table with food on floor under the table. Manager said it was the best he could do because he was short staffed. Food was not very appealing and the restaurant was nasty throughout the place. It was very disappointing. They can do better than this. The nastiness is not acceptable.

I love Golden Corral. Have always had the best food. I always get their sweet potato or sweet potato Carrsorole with Marshmellows.. Okra, Mac and cheese and two steaks. I just wish that they had more fatty ribeye steaks. It's always some other steak. I wish they had ribeyes and tbones but they don't. But their steak is good none the less. And I always get a sweet tea with alot of lemon and sweet and low pink packs for my tea. I always enjoy coming back and either eating in our taking it to go. And their Carmel soft cheesecake is to die for!! I love it too. Last time I had to get three slices it was so good. Thanks for your food and hard work Gold Corral. Always will be my number one go to to get a wonderful cooked meal.

We used their meeting room and really enjoyed the food and service. We are looking forward to having another meeting there soon
