I really like the way breakfast tastes, but unable to get "hot" coffee each time.I would love for the restaurant to be cleaned inside and outside at some point,especially bathrooms. (thoroughly) cleaned. Thanks

Overall a decent Hardees experience, was helped automatically, food came relatively quick, and was roughly as good as it always is, place was a little messy but P.O.S. employee cleaned it up as I was eating, so no fault there. Have had a lot worse experiences at different Hardee's but not much better

My wife wanted Hardee's today. I drove over and ordered. As I moved to the window I realized I forgot to add a blueberry biscuit. She told me I couldn't add something at the window. There was no one behind me. I was aggravated but I love my wife and she wanted a blueberry biscuit, so I drove around through the drive through again for a Blueberry biscuit. I paid and left. Get home and I have biscuits and gravy. This place and all of the others in Shelby have no clue on customer service. How do you get biscuits and gravy out of a blueberry biscuit. Seriously???

Bought 2 milkshakes in drive threw an the were soured no whipped cream on them an one of those wasn't even full all the way won't be getting milkshakes anymore
