Ordered a roast beef, few minutes later he hands me a made sandwich, I was caught off guard, every where I go they ask me what I want on it.. he handed it to me made.. mayo , two tiny tomatoes, lettuce, tons of mayo, I mean I wanted onions, vinegar oil etc..correct me if I'm wrong?

We came here for the picklewich not from around the area but, it wasnt busy but the atmosphere was very welcoming. The two people treated us like family. Picklewich was great.

Clean store, understanding staff. But I suggest you add a “card only” sign if you’re going to leave your staff with less than enough cash in the drawer.

Came in on 10/26 around 4:30pm and the staff were very friendly! It was my husband and I’s first time at Jimmy Johns and they were very much helpful. Will be coming back !! :) -P.S Sub #12 was very good.

Genuinely the best jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve had lol. All other locations for some reason struggle to put enough mayonnaise but this sandwich was magical. Sanjuan was the one to take our order and I’m pretty sure was the one to make our sandwiches so shout out to him! Super friendly

I can’t rate on the atmosphere or the food because I didn’t receive it - but what I did receive was awful service . The store closes at 9:00 pm stated online and on the app from which I ordered . I placed my order around 8:20 and it was confirmed and I was already sitting in the parking lot . I sat in the parking lot for 20 min until someone walked out to my car and told me that they canceled my order and I should receive a refund - when asked why, she said because they had already closed up for the day . I responded with what time it says they close and asked if that was correct and she said yes but “he” wanted to close up early . I waited 20 min in my car for someone to tell me that . It would have been different had they come out right when they cancelled. Instead time was waisted and my hungry kids and I had to find another restaurant . Luckily Firehouse stays open until closing time so we just ordered from there . Very disappointed how this was handled .

Never again. Chicken wrap, no chicken all old tasting lettuce and mayo. Cookies old. No hair nets on servers. Roast beef sandwiche, no better than the corner store. The corner store has better sandwiches. YUCK.

Just close the restaurant. It's closed at 3pm on a Saturday. Made an order online drive 20 minutes for it to be closed. I guess we will have to dispute with our bank.

I ordered online for a delivery, turns out the store isnt even open. Bad service. If i can give negative stars. Im out 60 bucks now. Independently owned means im never seeing that money again.
