Just close the restaurant. It's closed at 3pm on a Saturday. Made an order online drive 20 minutes for it to be closed. I guess we will have to dispute with our bank.

I ordered online for a delivery, turns out the store isnt even open. Bad service. If i can give negative stars. Im out 60 bucks now. Independently owned means im never seeing that money again.

This was the second, and mostly likely last time I will come to this location unless they get some help.
I tried to order a few weeks ago for pickup around 7pm,and was called by the location telling me they ran out of bread and had to cancel my order.
I work in the service industry, so I know things can be odd sometimes.
Tonight, I placed an order and walked in to pick up, but they told me they were closed, that sometimes they close early because he hadn't had anyone in nearly 4 hours.
One man working alone, I felt for him, that's not alright.
This location needs help, or it is destined to close, not just early, but permanently if something doesn't change.
Looking at the other reviews, it seems like it's days are numbered.
Thank you for making my food, I hope you get the help you need, and soon.

Did a mobile order, placed at 12:15pm. Go into the store at 12:30, only one man working (who is obviously high as kite on some drug), and he hasn’t started our order. He would complete walkin orders as they came in before even starting my mobile order. He was working crazy slow (5 minutes per sandwich, yes I timed it). When I went up to the counter to cancel the order after having waited 50 minutes (he was just starting the first sandwich) and he said he didn’t know how to do a refund and would have to call somebody. I left with my order receipt and will dispute the charge on my card instead.

If I could rate less than a star I would. I ordered online, drove to the store and they were closed. I spent $75 (including a tip) and not only did I drive all the way there and not get our food, we also have NOT received a call from the owners or a refund. I am out $75 for food we did not even receive. DO NOT order from here. This is the SECOND time we have had a terrible experience here.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. It was great when it opened but now it's ran by lazy good for nothings that do not care. Inside is nasty, Food is nasty. Shut it down already.

Paid 29.00 for 2 combos. Food portion was not worth that price, bread was chewy. Won't be returning.

11/07/24 (update) I contacted corporate as requested to get nothing more than a sorry and I should have spoke to the manager.wow.....really. so basically they will continue to serve garbage at high prices.

Jimmy John’s has always been my favorite! But his location is the worst !! They never have anything on the menu , it’s always that one man in there that tries to fix stuff but he can’t !! The females that work in this place are super ratchet and rude for no reason!! I absolutely hate this location!!

Went there today at 6:00pm Saturday October 26th, and the lights were off. i saw someone inside though so i called and the lady answered with an attitude and said they close early on sundays whenever i asked if they were open. i then told her its not sunday and she just hung up!!!

i’m not the jimmy john’s manager or franchise owner but something seemed very off. hours online are until 9pm. I was very disappointed and just want managment to know what’s going on

Gradually went down hill over the last couple years... It is now reached the bottom of the barrel and it doesn't look as if Any one cares?? Always an issue and always disrespectful employees if you say anything about it. Last 2 times I just accepted it for what it is and didn't say anything. Not sure if I'll go back again with orders being consistently incorrect.

20 minutes to void an order. Finally got in touch with the restaurant after 3 phone calls to be told they didn’t have a driver and “I was going to call you.” I asked why it took 20 minutes to cancel an order (while my family waited on dinner to arrive) and was very rudely told that the employee was working alone. No customer service. A refund is not adequate for the wait time and rudeness
