This place absolutely sucks now. Walk in and they take your order by the door. You feel rushed to make a decision while people behind you are huffing and puffing. The woman was not the nicest person towards my younger sister who has autism. It takes her a min to find what she wanted and she talks low. And to top it off you cant get anything as a side beside fries and hushpuppies. Not everyone likes fries and hushpuppies. The whole concept of ordering /paying doesn't make any sense and doesn't have any options to people who have dietary restrictions.
Btw if you do come here might as well get the large because if you get the small you wont get any fish or chicken. Just fries. And nothing has flavor. Hushpuppies have no seasoning, fries have no salt, and chicken only has flavor when you dip in ranch.

When I call in an order and you tell me to hurry up and get there because you close in fifteen minutes. I’m 2 minutes away and the parking lot is full. Also people were still going in and sitting down to eat, because your open until 8. I feel like it was very rude to tell me that. That just hit me wrong. Very unprofessional. And I have eaten here for many years. Thinking twice about that now.

Real friendly people good food the fish the french fries and s l a w and hush puppies but the onion rings was greasy overcooked throwing most of them in the trash l want order them again never but the rest of the food was good and good people I woul!d go back just leave those onion rings off!!

It was eight of us. Went there for dinner. Went in. Guy took her order. We sat down at the table. Had no idea that you have to go pay for your food and stuff before they brought your drink. Nobody never told us that we sat at the table for 30 minutes and two young kids that was waiting on table. Never came to our table ass if we were needing help or if we waiting on something. Had no service at all so we finally saw somebody come in place. The order go pay for it and then they got their food. We saw like eight tables come in before us got their food cuz then we figured out. Hey we need to go pay for our food so we went up there and paid for it. Then they served us. We brought to their attention and then they got very rude about it. I promise you I have eight there for years but I've ate there for my last time
Overall 5 stars and it was easy to give! The food was hot and delicious. The servers were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming! I had the small catfish plate, it was seasoned perfectly, and the hush puppies were fried crispy just like I like it, however I wasn’t a big fan of the coleslaw.. the slaw was grinded extra fine so it gave me an unfamiliar texture for coleslaw that I’m not used to.. if the slaw was chopped up like most coleslaw then the flavor was good, especially if you like sweet creamy coleslaw.. I just couldn’t get over the texture. Overall, you won’t be disappointed with your meal!

Kelly's is a typical seafood restaurant. Food is good but greasy.
My parents love this spot. I am not much of a seafood person, but the Calabash chicken tenders are great. I always get this and the jumbo shrimp.
I am giving 4 stars because I wish they offered a baked potato instead of just fries. A salad option, instead of slaw would be great too. However, the slaw is good.
My husband usually tries various items on the menu and has enjoyed them all.

Chicken livers were dry, overcooked, with very little flavor. This is an order at the door and they bring you your food type of place. Not much 'service' included in this model. Very busy local spot with happy customers.
