This KFC is horrible. I ordered my family’s dinner on the app at 1:00 PM to be ready to be picked up at 7:15 PM after I got off of work. I get there at 7:30 and they hadn’t even started my order. I waited 30 minutes at the restaurant which defeated the whole purpose of ordering ahead. When I got home with my food, the bucket of 8 pieces of chicken had ZERO breasts (was supposed to be 2 of each type)- no one asked me if I wanted to substitute or that they were out of anything. My order was also missing a large order of French fries, an order of the little apple pie things and the plates I asked for. Then to show they had no idea what they are doing, the lady at the register called my name and said is this yours? Referring to my order finally being ready. How the hell am I supposed to know whose it is, yall made it, not me. I will let Bojangles disappoint me from here on out.

Don't know how to listen at drive thru gave us only 2 things we actually ordered then my husband took the food back in to see if they'd fix it and at least give us what they rang us up wrong for. A woman said it's all in there another woman checked and confirmed it indeed was NOT all in there. Paid 52.29 to receive one dr pepper one famous bowl 1 8 pc tenders ONLY and some pie poppers when what we ordered and was not listened to was a famous bowl the tender and fry bowl dr pepper and 2 8pc tender MEALS with fries, then got told it's all on there when nah y'all had to add the rest of the 8 tenders. Whoever is on the drive thru either can't listen or genuinely cannot hear. Double check what you order before you pay because we got the complete opposite of what we ordered. My husband is to nice to stand there and argue. I'm heavily pregnant and hormonal and definitely would have hurt drive thru girls feelings so I got asked to stay in the car.

Extremely small portions of chicken and the people working there act like 3rd graders. I witnessed 3 other people who had their food orders wrong and 2 people from behind the counter was arguing with all 3 customers saying they were wrong. Shut the store down

Big improvement! I've been dining at this location over 30 years & the staff & food have been magnificent these past few months. Customer service has been awesome except sometimes it's a rude employee. Food has been hot & fresh. I had stopped going to this location for years bc of the dirty lobby & unprofessional employees.
