As I pulled up into the drive-through, he spoke to me the gentleman that was working and then went away. When I said excuse me hello nobody answered me for about a minute or two. When I asked him question, he answered it really fast. When I asked him to repeat it he was very rude. On top of that, a lady handed me the food was rude as well. I get it’s a long day and you’ve talked to a lot of people, but you don’t have to be rude to people. And this is not the first time that they are like this a lot of times when I go, they are rude. If you don’t wanna be in customer service, then get out of it. If you’re gonna stay there be kind I promise you the more kind you are the more that you get back.

Went in at 7:30pm with my family. We placed our order on the kiosk. Waited awhile for our food. They put the fry containers in the bag upside down, didn’t give us the biscuits that came with our meals, and we were missing food. I spoke to someone to let them know we were missing food, and they acted like it was a problem. After getting the food, they told us that they were out of biscuits. While sitting down, they shut off the drink machine, and took all of the trash bags out of the trash cans and closed down the restaurant. The dining room is open until 10pm, but everything was closed at 8:42. Not only was the atmosphere unwelcoming, but the entire staff were unfriendly. I would not recommend anyone going here. Just go somewhere else. Do better KFC.

Chicken was super small in the combo. The Chicken Sandwich was a sloppy mess.
I went to KFC today and got a famous chicken bowl and ended up with just mashed potatoes with no chicken, no cheese, no corn, no nothing but mashed potatoes, and this is ridiculous, and then, yes, I understood I older through the app, but they should have made sure my order was correct before they had me my dad
Helpful manager and staff. I didn’t realize the $30. Fill Up Meal had to be ordered online from their app, but they explained the process and I was able to load the app while I was there and get a good deal. The food was good and my family of four really enjoyed it.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE.THE CASHIER/SHIFT SUPERVISOR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I WAS ORDERING & WHEN I PAID.SHE ALSO ROUNDED UP MY CHANGE TO THE KFC FOUNDATION WITHOUT ASKING ME IF IT WAS OKAY. THAT'S STEALING!!!!!! I HAVE CONTACTED THE FRANCHISE OWNERS.

Horrible service and careless manager as well! I went to get a bucket of dark meat chicken was told they were out it would be 20 minutes before it was done. I waited and went back in after several people have already went through the drive through and in and out of KFC. I was told it was not ready yet. So after a total of 46 minutes i finally had to go back in and no one would even come to the counter until i had to get their attention they said oh your chicken is almost ready. I talked to the manager and she did not care she was wiping stuff down and yes I understand cleaning is a big part of the job but when someone has waited 45 minutes for a bucket of chicken it is ridiculous! I did not get a refund and not even an apology, but magically my food was ready! I do not recommend KFC in Shelby on Grover street! I was there from 3:37 until 4:23
