Wow this location I will never visit again. The drive through young lady was very rude. I couldn’t even give her my complete order. Rushing us while we ordering, cutting me and my mother off as we order. Bad customer service at this location. I had to ask the young lady was she alright tonight. My God!!

Why is it 7:40 and you are open to customers until 10 pm but turning them away saying it's going to take too long to drop more chicken because you've been doing it all day and behind. Seriously! You are a chicken franchise. That is your job. Turned myself and the customer behind away. Ridiculous.

We got here at 3:45 NO ON INSIDE or at DRUVE THRU. We had to wait for someone to answer at drive thru then we parked n the DOORS are LOCKED. No sign saying why the doors are locked. Tried calling and NO ONE picks up the PHONE. ITS FREAKIN SATURDAY JULY 5TH. We won't be coming back here. Just absolutely not cool.

they don't have changing table but the food was correct. Me and my family was craving some chicken and it was good and hot. they take a little but idm as long as my orders correct.
This the worst customer service ever was rushed through ordering then after paying and waiting at window I’m told they are out of what I ordered super snatchy attitude from both dudes at window personally I’d fire both ungrateful employees treat people like they’re not the reason your even employed if you hate your job and customers so much find another one

So we ordered our food at the drive thru, and it took them forever to come to the window, then between 5 and 10 minutes later one of the guys told us to pull forward, and it literally 15 minutes to get our food, and then when he brought our food to us, didn't get our drinks, then my mom went inside to find out why, she literally had to order them again, and our drinks were literally at the window!! That is just down right ridiculous, the food was good, but the service was not!
