I went to this KFC for Lunch. I dined in. I got 2 plain Chicken Sandwiches. I got a 3 piece dinner of Original Recipe Chicken. The Service was good. Wasn't great I was surprised it took so long no customers here. But they made my Sandwiches plain like I asked. The Sandwiches were definitely the highlight I think their Chicken Sandwich is better than even Chic Fil A. It's bigger to. So juicy so yummy. The Chicken Wasn't quite as good. It was good But I have had better Original Recipe. I got fries to. I just don't like these fries at all. Just to much salt never taste good. Miss potato wedges a lot. They always have good Pepsi to. But I still say the large is smaller than it used to be. I can tell the cup is smaller. Restaurant was clean. I'll definitely come back. I'd definitely recommend this KFC

We just recently ate here for lunch. This location out of the two locations in shelby nc used to always be the best. But this time they had the new kiosk system in where you order yourself, which is okay for some, but think about the location and being people friendly. Some people have cash and still have to make it to the register to be able to pay for their meal even after using the kiosk. Think about all the people in our county who need help with the kiosk because of age, education, generation, or cash only. You can NOT throw kiosk their because of short staff and expect it to work for all people in this county. And when people do NOT understand the kiosk number one and have cash you need to wait on your current customers in line. We used the kiosk, not only was our order incorrect but the whole time we were their the staff complained about being short staffed loud enough the whole lobby could hear them. Cursed words about the frustration could be heard as well. Their was a sweet older couple standing at the register as we walked in and after we ordered at the kiosk this couple kept waiting 10 min after we ordered at the register for someone to help them. Very embarrassing for the KFC name especially in shelby nc seeing as the one on Grover street shelby nc has the absolute worst customer service ever. The food if it is correct Is usually always delicious but the service makes you never want to come back. You can only take one order at a time and do one thing at a time. But take care of your drive thru and customers standing in front of you in your lobby FIRST! DO NOT ever make your lobby guest feel like a burden because of a staff issue and DO NOT ASSUME EVERYONE CAN USE THE KIOSK!!!! their are many people that can't andwon't. Huge downfall with KFC.... Will not be back for a while.

Everytime I go to this location I get a very consistent experience, unfortunately: the food itself is great (when it's correct), but the service never is, regardless of what time or day of the week it is, busy or not busy. Attitude problems abound, not a short and snarky communication, not a smile to be seen, just a really unwelcoming experience even when I put on my own customer service skills and try to be as pleasant, communicative, and easy to work with as possible. I have given these people the benefit of the doubt so many times, but I'm just done coming to this location altogether even if it means going far out of my way. Managers, please train your people better.

The drive thru lady was very rude and sped me through my whole order. I was polite and she had an attitude. It seemed like she was snapping at me for ordering. Missing sauces that I asked for, no straws for drinks, sandwich didn’t have everything it was supposed to on it, and cold fries. Never going to this location again.
