This place should be packed, the food is fantastic. Restaurant is high class decor with affordable prices! Super clean.
The first time I ate here it was a fun experience. The food here is good quality and taste amazing. The second time I ate here it was around a couple hours before dinner service. The food was a little bland and the staff was not as polite. Could of just had a bad day maybe I'll go back and give it another chance.
Service was overly aggressive. They were very attentive. Drinks stayed full and everyone was nice. Food on the other hand took longer than expected to get to the table and not nothing like I expected. Desserts looked amazing...
Beautiful interior and amazing staff, really enjoyed the male staff that waited on us tonight. the fettuccine Alfredo was super creamy and delicious and the new bread with oil is fantastic
The food was very nasty and soggy and all we got was simple Calzones. None of us ate other than bread that was okay. We left probably 5 minutes after receiving the food because it was so nasty.. The waiter didn’t even ask why we were leaving and what was wrong with the food. He also constantly watched the tv in there and we had to get up once because he was so into the tv and wasn’t checking up on us to see how everything was and we needed new drinks. The tea wasn’t good and then the new mellow yellow had no flavor.. basically looked like water with bubbles. The waiter also told me he would see if they could make the food I wanted that they did not make anymore just to never say they weren’t making it and didn’t even say anything when they brought my second choice out.. which was fine but I still would have loved to know what I was getting? Very disappointed and I feel so many things were wrong so we won’t be back.. the food isn’t the cheapest either. I’m including pictures of my “mellow yellow” both are the same.. just the bubbles went away after a little bit.
My husband and I just moved here from Charlotte and we wanted to try out a nice Italian restaurant. The place is nice and elegant with reasonable prices and perfect for a dinner date night. The food was great and our waiter (Isiah) was such a gentleman and everyone had great customer service. We Will be coming back again with a bigger group next time for sure.
Pretty disappointed…1. Tomato sauce in the lasagna is now sweetened so much, it isn’t really lasagna anymore.2. Very few patrons and several errors from the server. The decor and inside of this restaurant is beautiful and inviting… however; my last time going there unless some big changes are made…
The food is excellent. Meatballs are wonderful. Atmosphere and music great. Coming back again for lasagna and other dishes. One of the nicer restaurants in Shelby!
Nice atmosphere and some friendly folks. Waitress was friendly but didn’t know much about much. Nice girl though. Food was terrible. Lasagna was not very good at all. Bread was cold. Gave it a try but wouldn’t go back. Place was very clean and NO MASK Police! The best thing about the place!!!
Kujo recommended the Mona Lisa…. Was awesome! Service was great. Hope to eat here again next time I’m in Shelby.

Not Upscale! Great staff, horrible serving sizes, and poor quality food. I cook better then this at home. Not suggested to go.
The food was ok. Not what I expected. The carrots & potatoes weren't quite done, but the flavor was good. Higher priced, but in today's economy, that's understandable. Staff was nice & attentive.
Food is excellent. Music is pleasant and the live piano music is a real nice touch. Prices are good. Upscale look and atmosphere, you would not feel out of place if you dress up come here.
We ordered take out, and once we got home the bottom of the bag dropped out in our car. We called Kozi and they never hesitated to remake our food . We went to pick up our new order and it was hot . Food was great, customer service was good.
I had high hopes! The menu on their Facebook page looked amazing. We went with my boyfriend and his family (who are Italian), and was very disappointed when they gave us a sheet of paper menu that was miniscule in comparison to the menu online. We thought it was a lunch menu. Menu was basically nothing but chicken items, and basically no pasta selection. Unless you want spaghetti, tortellini, or fettuccine...don't bother. The bread and oil was pretty good and the waitress was nice. That's where the positive stopped. The Caesar salad was hot...tasted very off. My water had something floating in it. The Amaretto Sour I ordered was all sour mix. The food came out and they got one person's wrong. My boyfriend's tortellini dish was made using what tasted like frozen peas. My Valdostana dish was over cooked, mushrooms tasted like they were from a can, and the dish was over-all bland. They said they reduced their menu to save on cost, which is fine, but don't brand yourself and Italian restaurant and have awful food quality and a severe lack of options. No wonder it was dead on a Saturday night. $93 for one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time.
