I ordered baked spaghetti and I got a whole take out plate of noodles and about a tablespoon of sauce that was so sour I couldn't eat it.

Highly disappointing. The food is very bland and not at all worth it. Just go get some frozen ravioli and put some sauce on it and top it off with cheese!

Me and wife got bake spaghetti very bland and way too much black pepper on it. There was not enough sauce on it either. Bread comes with it just a buttery hotdog bun cheese bread had not cheese. People cooking need to try before sending out

We've had a few meals here lately and enjoyed several different menu items. The dine in menu has changed, so some of the things I wanted to try had been discontinued - see their website menu for the updated version. The large calzone is the size of a large pizze folded in half and the toppings are unlimited! It typically is on the greasy side. While the mushroom alfredo was exciting to see on the menu, it was made with canned mushrooms and bland sauce. The cheese curds were crunchy on the outside and melty on the inside - just how you want them to be! I've tried the Greek chicken platter with extra veggies and loved it! It came with fries, a salad, and tzaiki sauce. The La Bella Specialty is similar, but also includes beef; the beef was rubbery and hard to eat, but the chicken was seasoned and tender. We felt like the prices were average for what was ordered in the area. Staff have always been friendly.

They did not put cheese on the Italian sub
Had 1/2 piece of salami and half piece of the ham
Mostly bread

The 10 piece wings were unable to be bit into, chewed or ate.

Was told if we returned the food whole they would remake, which was inconvenient as we drove 20 mins to pick up non edible food

Everything was good for my Mother's Day meal. Update: They've become pricey & a lot less food. They had tons of seating everywhere, yet put us by where they go in & out to pick up the food. The fettuccine that I used to LOVE made us sick to our tummies now & hugging the toliet the next day. I guess we won't be eating here anymore & that's sad because we had high hopes for them at one point. There's literally no good places to eat at im the Boiling Springs/Shelby area.

Outpaces Italian garden in every way, food is fantastic, salads are fresh. Waiters are very friendly and attentive, prices are a bit on the high side, but given the quality, it is well worth it. Restrooms are spotless, in fact when I went, it was just freshly mopped.

Overall the food was fantastic, the waiters were friendly and the atmosphere was good. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing! Although I wished they offered Ceasar salad on the menu, I am in love with the Alfredo sauce! It's the creamiest best tasting I've ever had!

Please do something about your parking lot. Your customers almost kill residents across the street leaving your parking lot on a daily basis.

It's pretty boring food. Was clean, though, and Service was ok.

Wow!!!! What a great find. This is an Italian restaurant in a small town but packs a big punch. Fair pricing, great tasting food, and EXCELLENT customer service. Jayden waiting on my wife and I and she was outstanding.!!!!
No alcohol here which was a bummer, but that’s okay.

I will start with the good things. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, the parking lot is tidy, and the fried mushrooms are decent. The hostess was nice, and the server was okay.

The bad: The food was by far the most bland food I've ever had. My husband and I got the spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs looked like dissected sponges, and they were somehow wet and dry at the same time. Zero taste. It literally tasted like water. I asked the waitress for an extra cup of sauce to try and eat the meal, but the extra sauce didn't help. The bread had a bit of butter on it, wasn't toasted, and didn't have any garlic. I found that odd for an "Italian" place. The side salad is literally a small bowl of iceberg lettuce with one single cherry tomato on top. Nothing else. I told the waitress politely the food was awful, and she just said, "Aw. I'm sorry." No offer to take it off the bill, or get a manager to offer a discount. She did eventually ask if she could bring me something else. We still tipped of course because it's not the servers fault, but everyone should save their money and go elsewhere. Even Italian Garden down the street is better and I don't care much for their food either. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
