I used to come in daily for a coffee milkshake. I absolutely loved them.I moved away temporarily & I'm back. Ordered it & I was SO disappointed. It wasn't the thick creamy coffee flavored milkshake I remembered. It was like drinking an unflavored glass of water. Won't be returning to pay $6.87 + tip for that again.

Nice little place but overpriced... I paid $5 for a chai latte that was no more than a tea bag, some hot water, and some warm milk. Maybe their coffee drinks are better but I would not recommend the chai.

Just got chia latte, London fog and iced chia. Not good at all. Very "watered" down and no chia or tea flavor at all! Would not recommend and will not visit again! Absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

Literally 10/10. We were driving from Charlotte to Nashville and wanted to stop at a local coffee shop. This place was so cute and had so many options. Was shocked also to see the iced tea was only $1? What a steal!
Very cute place and good coffee but the service is what made it top tier. Both times I’ve been here, the baristas have offered unique drinks catered to my tastes that have been amazing, and have had such passion about their jobs. They work so hard and deserve the world!!! Thank you guys!!! The coffee is also genuinely really good, both iced and hot.

So when they first opened it was awesome, but now they've gone down hill. Just some, a lot of it comes from people not knowing how to make coffee. For the most part it's good, just not like it used to be after some of the better baristas left. You can tell their baked goods are frozen then warmed up and just watch your kids in the little book section, we found some bad books in there that shouldn't be near kids.

I always go to the Lily Bean Midtown location, which I couldn't find a place to leave a review for them so i'll leave it here. I love that place with my entire being. Every time I go there the staff is so sweet and has infectious smiles, and are so helpful with recommendations. Today while they were making my drink they started singing Cardi B and I just LOVE THEM ! and THE VIBE! I hope everyone who works here to be blessed because they always make my day better.
