Two of the female associates in the front desk, talking to each other, pointing to the computer screen repeatedly. Something must be so serious to even ignore a customer waiting in front of them for over 4 minutes. No greetings, no words of courtesy that they will be with me in a minute. I left the store in the 5th minute and will never return.

I order my food on my way home at 6:35 was told it would be done in 30 minutes. I arrived 5 mines before gave my name and was told it was coming out. While I was waiting I order something else. Seen multiple people get there orders as soon as they walk in and I still waited finally I asked about my food at 7:25 the cashier told me she didn’t know then asked I’m guessing the manager she looked at me like she was disgusted and didn’t even answer so 2 more people came in and was served then finally she said what was the name again and I gave it to her she looks inside of the warmer at the register and pulled it out and gave a faint apology I said that’s fine I understand. Same as the cash register same response. I get home and my food was half made and burnt. Hardly any toppings and BURNT. I was gonna let it slide because I know how it is with making orders but the attitude with it was a big no for me. I go to this place at least 2 times a week and I’m always smiling and leaving tips. Even if I have to wait a little longer. But as of today I’ll pick and choose somewhere else from now on. My family can’t even eat the food so now I’m either going to have to cook after all that time or go spend money on something else after working 12 and 1/2 hours on my feet today. And in those 12 and 1/2 hours I made sure I paid close attention to my quality to ensure the customers will be pleased with my work. So I feel that if I can do it so should everyone else. We all have problems and days where things just ain’t falling into place but that don’t mean we have to be rude and uncaring. Disappointed and very unsatisfied.

Terrible play you always have to wait over 40 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. They never ready even when it’s empty. Where’s your higher more people or close the store you even way too much time in the restaurant wait 40 minutes. One of them pizza

Went in to order two pepperoni pizzas and was told it was over an hour wait. There was only one person waiting in line. I don't understand! All they make is pizza, and it wasn't busy. It just seems like they're lazy and rather get paid to do nothing while driving all customers away!

Food is good - if you ever get it. They don’t update order status on the app so you never know if it’s ready. 30 minutes after ordering I went to pick it up and they said it had not been started. It would be another 30 minutes. Got a refund. Terrible service.

Went to order a pizza, drove off for my wait time, came back and my food had been given away to someone else. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored in the lobby for 10 minutes while I was obviously displeased with the situation. Never going here again. This is completely unacceptable
