Every employee acted like they were in a rush. Other than pushing your food at you, there was no customer service provided. I had to yell to the employees in the back to get their attention just to get salt and napkins.

It seems like most times when I go to McDonald's in general and order 2 double cheeseburgers I always get told to pull forward and wait. It's very frustrating especially if I'm traveling.

Ordered with mobile app to pick up at drivethrough. When I got the window, the lady was very rude. She said “What you got?!!” I said a double quarter pounder meal. Then she says I need to see your receipt. She then snatched it out of my hand, looked at and said pull to the front by the door. I did and waited about 15 minutes and a worker brings me a medium sized double quarter meal with mustard only on the sandwich )I ordered a regular burger and large size. I then had to show HER my receipt and she want back in. 10 minutes later she comes back out with my bag. The fries box was half empty. I’m pretty sure they took the same meal they brought out the first time and just put the fries in a larger box and added Ketchup, onion and pickles to the burger.

I know this McDonald's gets a bad name but it is the better of 2 evils. The McDonald's at Cleveland mall always gives me cold fries and rude employees. This is the best McDonald's in Shelby NC. If one should be removed it is the one at the mall.

So I had to remove my 5 star review and replace it with this one. Ordered off the app today waited 25 minutes and got nothing, app showed it was brought to me already, went inside got ignored for 10 minutes until I finally spoke up, 40 minutes after arrival I finally get my food and it's cold. No apologies, no nothing. I'm done at this store.
