Just went through drive thru (Hwy 74) to purchase a large unsweetened tea. Cashier stated she did’t have change for a $20.00 and asked if we would like to round it up $.67 .
1) at 1:06 pm on a Sunday, they should have change for a $20 (it’s lunchtime).
2) don’t give me that ‘look’ when I say no
Shame on you. Bet your manager and owner don’t know how you are personally trying to earn side money.
How is it that I call to ask if the frappe and ice cream machine is working and they say yes - this is at 8:18pm. I show up at 8:34pm and they say they can’t make frappes and they have no ice cream. Make it make sense!!!
Last time I came here I got a 10 piece meal and at the window I asked …. Is the sauce in the bag? They say YES. Well I get home and no sauce in the bag. Who can eat nuggets with no sauce ??
They need to do BETTER.
Terrible establishment, with rude employees. And don’t even bother looking at the menu. They are out of everything. They are even out of the things they tell you they have. Trust me. I’ve experienced it twice now. Oh and they definitely will have you pull up to the side no matter what. You’re not getting what you want at the window. You will wait.
