So I am in the drive through today and the person in front of me did not have to pay for his food and I asked the worker how can I get free food and he just laughed about it. Also it took forever the last few times I was there and they were so rude. I will be going to a different location, I have give up on this one, too many bad experiences with this one.

Asked for extra salt on my mobile order and even reminded them at the speaker mad they gave me ABSOLUTELY NO SALT on my fries. The speaker was rude and says “you put it on the order already” in a snarky tone. Lasy time I’ll attend this McDonalds, js go to the one down the road

I was running late to work one day, so I went to get something to eat here and it took me like 15 or 20 minutes to get out! It wasn't busy, and there wasn't that many cars in front of me, I don't know if it was short-staffed or not but come on. The food was good, but the service wasn't the best.

Was during snow storm.. only had (from what I could see was ) 2 employees working.. n boy were they killing it!! Service was fast, easy, accurate, affordable and CLEAN!!! Ladies were SUPER friendly! Courteous! My only regret was not getting their names; because those 2 deserve recognition for their service, especially considering the situation.. and yes, I tipped those ladies!!! Yaw, please bring back patronage n acknowledgement for our FAST FOOD, SERVICE WORKERS!!! tip your service worker!! Even if it's a simple compliment!! Customer service, especially fast food, are NOT "easy" jobs.. ppl are rude, disrespectful,.. just please? Learn to honor and acknowledge them as well for THEIR services!

Incompetent . I was a server for 12 years in fine dining establishments before I became a mom . Why can't the cook ever follow directions ?! Why ?! I'm just going to drive by the one near the high school from now on . Not a pickle in sight ....
Almost every car was pulled forward and they asked us three separate times what we ordered. It took 20 minutes. We also paid for larges and got mediums and we were missing food items and got no receipt

I've come to buy breakfast twice this week between 10 and 1030, and left empty handed each time. They stop serving items they choose, usually "round" eggs, rather than just cooking the egg, before 1030, even as early as 1010. But the website says 1030 to 11 for breakfast ending.. cook breakfast until at least 1030 if that's what you advertise.

Sat in the drive thru 30 minutes and nobody ever came on to take our order. Line backed out into the street and only taking orders every 20-30 minutes. Wasted over half an hour before giving up and driving off.
